This is indeed a must-watch series. I found the acting, directing, script, music, cinematography and everything else to be all quite well-done. Just finished watching Ep4 a while ago and all I could say was "WTF!". It was a rollercoaster of emotions. I could really feel the excitement and the pain that the main characters were going through in this episode. The cries of both Oh Aew and Teh tore my heart. Now, I feel sad. I just hope that this series will end well. Pretty please! I don't think I can take it, if this will end in tragedy.
Just finished watching Ep1. It was quite fun. It's also refreshing to see a BL-themed series from Japan. The main actor Adachi is cute and acts good also. Excited for the next episodes. Banzai! :-D
The chemistry of Sky and Ace is off the charts and this is more apparent in the most recent Episodes 8 & 9 of the series. Their lovemaking scenes are passionate and their flirting scenes are quite sweet. Their sizzling bed scene itself will give other known BLs like TharnType, Together With Me, Dark Blue Kiss, etc. a run for their money. haha. I also noticed that style-wise, they have somewhat leveled up recently especially when it comes to Sky. Was there a change in stylist or maybe it was a deliberate decision of style change by the same stylist? Sky looked more handsome and fashionable with the hairstyle and trendy clothes. :-D On a side note, the bitch-who-must-not-be-named makes a disgusting comeback. Ugh!
While this series piqued my interest in Ep.1, I would say that it is the second episode that got me hooked and made me more eager for the upcoming episodes. In the acting department, I could see that Vlad really has great acting chops while I think Karl could use some improvement in this aspect (I mean, do you have to have that expression even in serious scenes?). In any case, while I initially thought that the plot was simplistic, the second episode offers more issues which could possibly make it more interesting. I did not expect that Vlad would be the one who is an "out" gay person since he appears more gruff while Karl looked to me as the one with a much softer personality. Props to the team for breaking the stereotype! On top of the acting and the plot, I especially loved the songs and the cinematography used in this series. The production values are good and I hope this would cascade to other future scenarios outside the condo setting. This series is a must-watch for BL lovers out there. Can't wait for next Friday. :-D
Is this a bl? If yes then only i will give a shot to it, if not then i will skip it.Is this a love story between…
It is not purely a BL series but there's a male couple here and they do end up together at the last episode (despite problems with a female 3rd party). I suggest you watch it if only for max & ten. Have fun! :-)
After watching the first episode, here are my thoughts: The story is interesting. Unlike the usual series where the would be couple are in the getting to know you phase with the aim of being "together", in here the couple are already boyfriends. There seems to be some intrigue at the end of the episode. The poem at the start is a nice touch and the theme song is quite good. Brian looks familiar (I might have seen him previously in other mainstream series in TV) but for Aejhay this series appears to be his first? In any case, their acting is good enough. I guess I am just distracted with their makeup. Their heavy makeup reminds me of the early eps of "Love Stage" (a BL series from Vietnam). When Greg (Brian) was concerned about coming out as gay to his parents, I was thinking to myself, your heavy makeup will reveal it already for you. (lol). In any case, the series piqued my interest so I am eager to watch the next episode. :-D
The actors appear to be amateurs but I can see some potential especially in the acting department. The story so far seems to be flimsy but the production values are good. Not super great overall but I find it interesting enough to await for the next episode. I have a feeling this could even be better than My Day. ;-)
Nice one! Totally shipping Terrence and Wesley. The problem is, what will happen to Achilles? I think he is falling again for Terrence. Another heartbreak over the same guy happening again? Awww. Can't wait for other development on these characters.
It is not BL but the acting of the actors are quite good. The story is simple and uncomplicated so far. It's nice to know that the director was also the one in Theory of Love.
Just finished watching the first episode of this new series. I can sense that the story is good and it tries to be different from the other campus-type BL dramas. However, I somehow feel that there is something missing. I can't quite pinpoint it. In any case, I will give it the benefit of the doubt and will watch Episode 2.
P.S. According to some info here in MDL, the director is the same as LBC2?
