i also didnt really care for ml. i made this comment before but i just dont see him as a real person that someone could fall in love with. it wasnt til maybe the last 4 episodes where i started to see it a tiny bit but by that point the plot had taken a nosedive..

reading this comment made me realise yea it was pretty boring. it took me the whole day to get through the episode because i wasn't interested enough to watch it in one sitting

without spoling too much i wanna know what the webtoon characters and time period is like please ?!?!

glad someone else gets it.. i enjoy this drama but 7 episodes in, i am not convinced of this love story

i havent watched the most recent episode but my only gripe with this series is how i have yet to feel like the prince is a real person yet.. I understand he IS a web novel character within a web novel but i dont think i will be sold on a romance between him and the FL until he feels more like an actual person that one could fall in love.

I agree. Everyone is trying to condense into this 6-8-10 episode format that streaming companies love to put out but it almost never works. Just 6 years ago I thought some kdramas didn't need so many episodes and would benefit from cutting down by at least 2 episodes but now its impossible to find anything at a reasonable length.

I cant remember what exact episode it is but I think it was around 9-11, so in the last few episodes.

im personally with u on this drama. it feels like its straight out of 2015 romcom. it takes all the good things that people loved about kdramas from that time like fluff and cute cliches but also the annoying tropes, cringe scenes and mediocre storylines. a business proposal definitely nailed the romcom genre over this one bc it took all the classic kdrama cliches that we love without overdoing it and feeling outdated like this one.

no his story is resolved. ji eums vendetta, or 'curse', against him was the reason they both remembered. since she forgave him there was no more reason for those two souls to have a connection and need to remember their past lives.

i guess she didnt have enough power to do what she actually wanted. it seemed like she needed more to do classic villian stuff like take over the world or something.
