the thing is… the lie that joke told was the chatalist to make jack lose everything. it’s true that he confessed…
yeah, and some money that he stole from the bank (but that Jack thought were from a legittimate deal) that Jack wanted to use to pay the boss back (it’s his parent’s debt that his grandma couldn’t pay back). and like that day was the last day to pay the debt or he would be become an “employee” of the boss (I used employee for a lack of better words). so the plan with the money was paying back the boss and start with the school, when the police came and said that those money were stolen and he not his he clearly couldn’t repay the boss anymore

i don’t know if i like series or if i don’t. one thing i know is that i preferred Hidden Love that’s for sure, probably because it’s more of university setting and I’m a university student so i feel that story a little more. yeah at the end of the day that’s probably the only “problem” (if you can call it this way) i have with this story

im still on ep2 but why tf is jack that mad at joker. like did i miss something in ep1? bcz sure joker made a…
the thing is… the lie that joke told was the chatalist to make jack lose everything. it’s true that he confessed everything but he only avoided Jack prison time, but to jack avoinding being in prison wasn’t as important as being free from the boss. i actually kinda see it: someone let you dream for a split of a second and than the same person (even if indirectly) takes everything away from you. now I’m not a native English speaker so i don’t really know if my explaination makes sense. i hope it does

i have mixed feelings for the protagonist: at the beginning she is a little bit too much of an accollo, but on the other side she’s is really committed to this guy and brave. but an accollo (which is the only word i could think of that can describe her in the first episodes)

i hate going against everyone (non really, but it’s something that i like to say to prevent people from disliking…
sorry, but this season is defiantly not for me. i will try with the other two, but my problem is not with the main lead or the bad guy, my problem is with doctor Kim and his use of the hospital as his personal playground, something that usually you see doing only by bad guys. I’m not saying I was rooting for the bad guy, but I definitely hoped at some point someone would close that hospital forever. i didn’t see the romance in what doctor Kim was saying and if he was one of my teacher i would definitely have reported him after like the first 3 episode. and i don’t see the need to be loyal to him as a teacher (only maybe as doctor, but to me that as a student is not enough. it’s probably enough for if i was only see myself as patient, as maybe a lot of the viewers did, but I’m also a med student and that’s probably my problem). i saw other series where there are teachers and med students and I definitely preferred those others (like Hospital Playlist or Doctor John).

i hate going against everyone (non really, but it’s something that i like to say to prevent people from disliking my opinion to much) but this is probably the first Medical drama that I find hard to watch. there’s something about Professor Kim than i will always and deeply dislike as a character. and i feel like it’s not getting better. there something else I dislike about this, but i cannot say it understandbly in English so I won’t

the only thing i didn’t “like” is that they didn’t given us the real “story” of Game and Win and I wanted to see more of them

is it important to watch these in series or I can watch any of the 5 devaprom first?
i feel like for this one it’s helpful watching the first one (but i don’t want to spoil to much). for the others… there’s no problem (because there are enough flashback that helps you understand both the back stories (the stories of the fathers) and the other cousins stories)

I watched it only because of xiao zhan
i keep going only for Xiao Zhan, I honestly would have dropped if it wasn’t for him

i really don’t like how all the characters in this story seems to act like figurines in the FL wonderland world where, just because she wants it everyone is supposed to be act like she wants. and don’t get me started on the toxic relationship between the main lead, which it would be “fine” (as i don’t really dislike a series based on how toxic is the relationship) if you really see him doing something other than treating her badly and almost SA her. i feel like in this story everyone was static until she arrived and she is supposed to give meaning to everyone and to justify the ML behavior (even something that happen way before the time she arrived that could have been solved way before she arrived). so i tried, for Xiao Zhan i tried, because he is my favourite Chinese actor… but no really (probably also because the FL is not my favourte actress)

it’s not that i don’t like it. it’s her voice. and not even the voice per se… her high pitch tone when she tries to act like a spoiled child that makes my hear bleed. (no hate to her dubber it just not for me her voice and it’s so hard to watch the series)

1. I’d say Ep. 72. Yes. Around 5 episodes3. No4. Ep. 95. No, but Laor was more touchy with Sun than Phu, which…
yeah, i agree with you on the 5th point. i watched 10 episodes so far and Sun sometimes looks more the male interest instead of Phu. i still like Phu and Laor, but it’s like the writer missed something here and there for them
On Dhevaprom: Laorchan Sep 18, 2024
After watching after the first 10 episode i get what it’s the “problem” with the main couple: it’s not that they are cute or that they don’t have chemistry is that they depicted the bond between Laor and Sun in a wired way… they look like they are destined (by the gods, aka the writers) to be together and Phun the hopeless second male lead, not the other way around. so that’s the problem, at least for me. I’m still very loving the story, but i would have hoped they made the distinction btw male lead and second lead more clear

is it important to watch these in series or I can watch any of the 5 devaprom first?
I started by watching the first one that came out (even though the one that I want to watch is the second) just because I feel like if I watch a series like it came out I will see it how the people who made it want me to see it. and I saw that, even if there’s no problem with watching the series without a real order people say that the first one gives some explanation to thinks that comes in the others
On The Forbidden Flower Sep 16, 2024
i wanted to like it so much but I couldn’t. and surprisingly the age gap is the least of my “problem” with this series (i love age gap stories, that’s why I wanted to like it so much)

is the show bad ? why the 6.6 rating :/
no it’s not. actually I really enjoyed the first episode, it gives you a solid back story and basically presents some of the characters in a enough detailed way. I really have no clue to why the rating is this bad

Isn't the same story of stay with me ?
i watched both and read part of the book and i have to say that, as others already said, Stay with me is a valid option if you want a tamer and milder version of the story. I always felt like the books character came to life in this adaptation while the others try’s to smooth the edges (and i get why). i feel like this version is still a must watch (if not for the story per se, for the impact that this particular drama had) but if you saw stay with me first, you will probably “dislike” this one (and to be fair, just because i prefer this version, doesn’t mean I’m okay with some of the things that are depicted in this adaptation)
On Doctor Stranger Aug 12, 2024
the thing is, i love the main lead (i like both the character himself and the actor) ad i like his backstory. but that’s the only thing i really like about this drama. and i love medical drama, so that’s not even the problem with the story. i really don’t get what i don’t like about it, but i don’t like it. does it make sense? probably not but i will post this either way
