I don't remember the last time a drama made me gasp and clutch my chest like this one does, simply from watching two people look at each other.

At the end of the day, everyone has a different taste. Personally, I love this series because it makes me feel things I haven't felt for years watching a drama. It may be a simple story, but it's the way it's told that makes it feel special to many people. Many of us don't always look for a thrilling plot, sometimes the magic lies in a relatable story about found family and friendship, love and second chances, told with attention to detail and in a way that resonates with viewers and awakens our own emotions and memories within us. And when you add the beautiful cinematography (for those who notice and appreciate it), it just feels like a breath of fresh air...

It doesn't feel like a GMMTV show tbh. There are times it feels and looks more like a k-drama. The cinematography, storytelling, and chemistry are truly beautiful and unlike anything I have seen from that company.

And regarding them falling in love quite soon - I think that's also why they showed from the very beginning that they were actually attracted to each other long before all of that (Po staring at Thame's photo in EP 1 before he even got the job, and Thame noticing Po in a crowd of fans and remembering him) ☺️.

It's a bit hard to work out the timing, but in the first episode, they showed the date of the Mars farewell concert as 19 January 2025 (which is this Sunday), and it's supposed to be 3 months after Po starts working for the company (the series will also run for 3 months in total)... I guess once the concert takes place, we will know that 3 months have passed. I think it's possible that the amount of time that passes is the same as in real life, so I think they've known each other for about a month? 🤔

I feel the same way. It just feels so cozy and warm. If I could, I would just crawl through the screen to live in their universe permanently 😅. I just know this will be one of those rare dramas I’ll rewatch for years to come whenever I need comfort.

One of the things I love most about this series is that it actually makes me ✨ feel ✨.

It has a way of pulling me in so I don’t feel just like an observer but genuinely feel what the characters are feeling or it makes me remember emotions I felt in the past. The love, the sadness, the doubt, the hope...

It’s like being at a 4D cinema, just with emotions instead of special effects. That’s the best way I can describe it.

I think that line makes even more sense after you watch EP 5. But essentially, Thame was acting on his feelings without fully realizing yet how it sounded or why he was doing it, that's why the whole phone call sounds as if they are already dating even though they aren't 😆.

After today, I also have a very strong feeling Pepper is in a relationship and that's why the CEO will have a problem with him next ep.

In the preview, Jun even says to Po "Do you now understand how serious it is? That's why I told you that between you and Thame, it will never be possible", which would explain why Jun was trying to prevent them from dating (to protect them) while Pepper was so encouraging and empathetic. I'm really curious how it'll turn out next week.

Agreed. And I think that's what makes them feel real and relatable as well. They argue, they piss each other off, and occasionally punch each other lol, but they deeply care for each other through all of that.

Bangkok is actually notoriously known for being very dangerous for pedestrians - both while crossing the road but also when just walking on the street (motorbikes often drive on sidewalks, and the traffic can generally get very chaotic and dangerous), and it's actually genuinely scary for some people. You will also find many articles and posts online warning tourists about this when visting.

First, they are fictional characters. Second, I think the series established from the very beginning that none of them (including Thame) are perfect angels, and all are capable of being assholes in their own way? Also, have you seen the preview? He will communicate it to Po the next episode...

Pretty sure he knows that the shithow that will follow if Thame and Po start dating is more of a threat to the group than him teasing them and trying to discourage them from dating (I believe that's what he's doing). Jun is very smart and strategic about things as we have seen so far, and although he always makes it look like he does it just because he's a bit of an asshole, in reality, he does it because he deeply cares...

I totally get you 🙏. I guess it's possible that he also has small crush on Po or something, but I don't think that's his main motivation here at all. We will see 😊.

I think he is mainly just protecting Thame while being a menace and having fun with it 😅. In the preview, when talking about some serious issues, he says to Po, "That's why I told you that between you and Thame, it can never be possible." It's most likely forbidden to date in their company, and it'd become very hard for Thame if he started dating as an idol, so I think he's doing it to discourage both of them from going any further before things get out of hand...

Yes, I agree. He seems to be playing both of them on purpose😅. Convincing Po that Thame would never like him and at the same time trying to make it look like he and Po might have a thing together in front of Thame – essentially discouraging both of them from going any further. I think he has good intentions, but he is just having fun being a menace while doing it, lol.

Speaking of Bad Buddy, when Thame was testing his feelings for Po at the end, I had such a flashback to EP 5 of Bad Buddy when Pat was testing his feelings for Pran in a similar way 😭.

Jun: Thame doesn't like men, he likes petite girls.
Pepper: (to Thame) You have never had a crush on anyone before.

Liar liar, pants on fire, Jun 😂. This is the moment I knew he's just messing with poor Po, and none of what he said was true, lol.

The difference between Jun and Pepper when it comes to ThamePo's relationship, lol.
One is trying to help them get together, while the other is attempting to break them up before they even start dating 😂. I can't wait to see more of that dynamic. Although I've suspected since last week's episode that Jun is doing it to protect Thame (and based on the preview, I think I might be right 🤔).
