I don't know about other people, but because they spent so much time properly developing the other side stories.
My heart really felt for Mi Seon and Eun Cheol.
And I do really feel bad for the Village Chief, because although he pined for the teacher at one point, he was a good father, and I'm guessing a good husband who got blindsided by the divorce request.
So in Ep. 10 it all fell in place, and unlike other kdrama, I didn't want to skip the scenes of the supporting characters, because they felt just as powerful. It gave me enough of a reprieve from the ML/FL, so that when the main scenes came up, they felt more impactful.
The spoiler predict he will reject her because it's what happened in the movie version. So glad the writer didn't…
I predict, something may happen where Hye Jin may get hurt, let's not forget they haven't caught the stalker guy yet, and HDS trauma will come back tenfold. Then they will spend a few episodes of them healing together.
Guys here is the theory that’s the ML lost his son and wife do you guys think it’s true lol 😂😂😂https://www.instagram.com/p/CUQpDq3NjTE/
I think in Ep. 9 epilogue, it became clear that the woman and baby are still alive. But the husband has passed away, and that's the funeral HDS attends.
That man's relationship with HDS we don't know yet. But I am glad HDS doesn't have a wife/child.
Now i am feeling bad for Sung Hyun, he missed his second chance too
PD is chasing someone who didn't have feelings for him back then, and didn't have for him now. In some ways, he feels he is too late, but in reality, even if he was on time, it may not have worked out.
Even before Hye Jin's feelings for HDS started to blossom, she didn't treat PD as anything more than fascination for his status.
I feel that the FL won't accept the SML, there is literally nothing to show that she has feelings for him at all.…
The show easily could have the father tell Hye Jin, you should be with someone like PD on Ep. 9. They even showed the father being super happy meeting the PD, but by the end of the episode, the father liked HDS more. And it's been repeated on the show that she's very stubborn, and when you tell her she can't, that's when she tries more.
So I'm really hoping the show doesn't go the route as you suggested where she goes out with SML, waiting for HDS to realize his feelings and switch, as I feel that wouldn't be fair to the SML at all, who is generally a nice guy.
The show, still has quite a few loose ends for the supporting characters to close. And even without a love triangle, 6 episodes isn't that much time to properly develop the proper love for Hye Jin and HDS.
I actually want HDS to potentially stop his part-timer job, as I feel it's tied to his trauma why he does what he does. What I actually foresee happening is that Hye Jin, being hurt form the rejection could potentially move back to Seoul, and we spend 2-3 episodes getting over his trauma. HDS issue of not wanting the people close to him get hurt seems to run so deep, it wouldn't make sense he will suddenly just get over it in one episode, it would need 2-3 eps at least, which is fine for me, as it's more believable.
I hope ML doesn't play this push and pull game.. I said it in my comment on 2nd epsiode this was gonna happen.…
I feel that the FL won't accept the SML, there is literally nothing to show that she has feelings for him at all.
And considering how intense her feelings for HDS has become, I can't imagine she can just shut it off. It would be out of character. I feel she will also reject SML, and SML will help HDS overcome his trauma.
Also, we still need to find out if PD ever gives head writer a chance.
