You Maniac is good because WilliamEst are great, BUT as of now it's pretty flat to me with plot... I was expecting so much more! T_T

I personally also loved "When Light Fades" (historical) and "When Oranges Fall" (teenage first love)... and I'm enjoying "Match Point" so much too, giving nostalgic Bad Buddy vibes!

Completely agree with this! I had some pacing issues at the beginning too, but honestly more on the investigation/routine parts than in the lovestory part: to me they felt immediately connected right after their first meetings and interactions, a yin/yang dynamic that was there from the beginning but that exploded with Ken tasting James blood and being drawn to it. And from there, the tension was just so visible and grew day after day... I mean everyone in the office and outside noticed! XD

Also, James never accused Ken of being a killer! He asked a lot of questions and was hurt when he realized Ken was a Nour BUT he also says he's a goiod judge of character (or something similar when talking about auras) so I feel like he was hurt more by the fact that Ken didn't tell him the whole truth than by the fact of him being a Nour himself. Also, all those questions he asked him in the basement... felt less like an interrogation and more like a way to "spoon-feed" Ken into tearing down his walls and completely opening up to him.

I usually prefer slow-burn romance, but not all people are the same and... these two were bombs waiting to explode right from minute one! XD

For me, the most sus thing ever is: he can't eat curry! How can you NOT eat curry? It's sus as hell! XD

He's also Thian's half brother in "To Sir, with Love".... and he's such a precious and supportive brother there, loved him! <3

I so agree, Ash has such a nostalgic "old but gold" feel!

I finally managed to catch up to this one, and I'm commenting just to say: smiling Vincent/Leo is the comfort I didn't know I needed. <3

totally agree with this - if you are the one who sets the place on fire, you wouldn't also set YOUR LEG on fire. I mean... something might always go wrong, but seems pretty unlikely.
Unless, he wanted to die in that fire too... but if he's a Nour he wouldn't be able to do so and he'll know it already. And if he's not a Nour and tried to die, than maybe a Nour saved him.

Yes, from what i understood the first big accident was where James father died, and then they (the -presumabily- bad Nour/Nours) went silent for a bit and then sh!t started happening again.... ALTHOUGH when watching Ken's investigation's wall I noticed many articles/pieces were pretty old so our sarawat is definitely researching things since a long time!

yes! great acting, very interesting plot and very nice direction/cinematography!
also, the theme song has me cry at every episode's ending (....but maybe that's because the episode actually ended and I realize we have a whole week to wait...)

Honestly I thought something similar about Chita too: he speaks as if he's very old (also when talking about his ex, "a long time ago"... but he looks so young!) like if he was some type of Nour and the "killer Nour" managed to hurt him but not kill him, so since the wound was inflicted by a Nour the scar never healed. Also HE HAS TO HAVE some connection with the Nour thing otherwise he wouldn't be a prominent character XD

Same! They are not your usual "sweet" or "difficult past" second couple... they are very interesting as far as the story goes (love how Ji cares for everyone, but is definitely a fragile human being) AND very sus in terms of how they fit into the Nour thing...

plus I'll say it once again, I'm so drawn to Toey's acting, it's so natural it doesn't even seem like he's acting!

maybe she's a consultant for the medical scenes? Or she's just a fan like us XD

Another nailed episode, I couldn't breathe from start to finish: Tong and Boss complement each other so well, and so do Toey and Phoom! My heart really hurt for all of them this week, for all reasons possible... I loved how sarawat Ken just broke in front of James and he just embraced all of his truths. T_T

I just saw a clip of Ayden Sng playing the Erhu and fell in love with his charisma, so I was thinking about watching this...... BUT judging from the overall comments and review I will just find another series of him to watch. XD

This series is so heartwarming, fun and entertaining! Plus once again, kudos to both main leads AND the whole supporting actors, it feels like having a bunch of crazy friends that you actually know, instead of characters in a movie!

You know, I actually thought the same thing this week while thinking back on the BB days!
I especially loved the whole "everyone supports us and will help us" theme, it's lovely that the whole school/friends/teachers/brother is on their side, so that they don't have to hide at school and have their own safe zone!

OhmNanon were amazing actors and it showed, but to be honest these two are so cute together too, they look so innocent and real!

If this were vertical I'd use it as phone wallpaper, RuiRui looks so cute here!
