Whoever hired these two as a pair needs a rise, they are ROCKING all their scenes together! I'm in awe at every kiss, smile, light touch, and the car scene was so damn beautiful!
Also once again I'm completely charmed by Toey as Dr.Ji... there are some scenes in which his facial expressions are so natural and real I just feel like he's not acting at all! And the way in which he speaks, giving time and pause and softness to all the right words... he's such a good actor!
But, on a sidenote to all this perfection - this episode was a bit edgy in terms of flow, some scenes felt like something was missing or some connections were cut.
Binged the first 5 eps and I'm so into this! It's hectic and funny, bordering the absurd, but deep and eye-opening at most times. Episodes end so fast!
I'm mostly here for TJR and I'm so proud to see him take on such a complex and "non-commercial" role... I love it when very famous actors step out of the "idol-comfort-zone" and he's really giving such a rich, layered and well-built performance as Bie Fan!
Can't wait to see how this evolves... it's so wild that every episode will be a surprise!
What an episode! I haven't cried only because the episodes are so short that I don't really have the time to interiorize everything immediately, but this drama keeps hitting all the right keys in every way: good dialogues, great acting, impactful events that result in actual changes in the characters' attitudes. Also, it does a very good work in showing both points of view: last week we felt for Shiono, but this week we went into Takoi's world and I feel like his fears and inner turmoils were very well delivered.
Now, we can skip the whole week and jump to Monday again?
This and Weirdo will make my diabetes skyrocket T_T I love everyone in this cast, all the characters are so fun and precious! Even the dads make me laugh, both are iconic actors and I love how unhinged they are here! XD
My only complain is the make-up department because more often than not its too heavy (especially with pale tones)
And Ping is such a natural actor, I'm really enjoying his portrayal of Sun! <3
Also, I keep staring at Teshow because I know he's the spitting image of some other BL actor (in visuals and moves) but I just can't picture who!
Est is definitely one of the most goodlooking boys in GMMTheev, he fits whatever style he has been given up top now in any series or photoshoot. And, I love his sassy ways here!
Also: Title is here, yay! And Ryu! I would sooooo love to get a bonus Mond cameo... XD
Just a random comment to say I'm desperately waiting for FMVs of KenJames (...or JamesKen? :D) to invade youtube, because I'm tired of rewinding these three episodes already. XD
I usually don't comment on anything on this site, but I can't help myself this time. The finale was beautiful…
It honestly reminded me of Flower Boy scene with Peak reaching out to Pearl in the flower field... after they said in the saddest and most dramatic way "unfortunately he cannot come to you...."
......... maybe CH31 finds it funny to play with our minds... ┐( ̄ヘ ̄)┌
Btw that fake out death was foul! I knew it was coming when I saw how many minutes were left of the running time.…
Honestly I was really hoping for a "he's dead in this life, we'll meet again in the next where we can be happy because there is marriage equality". i mean... so much screentime spent on those candles and flowers (same exact arrangement in both houses), at least make it a real death and worth its while!
Somehow I knew it could never be perfect, but since every episode nailed it from start to (almost) finish I was really hoping they could keep this absolute cinema till the end... unfortunately, the last episode was (for me) the worst (I mean... they could have done SO MUCH BETTER with almost every plot-line they had, I kept screaming "what? for real?? why???" at everything that was happening...)
ANYWAY it's still a 10 in my heart because nobody could deserve a 10 more than these two! I really hope they'll keep working together! Tinn's happy eyes at the end were the most precious thing in the world!
Also - yes Pond was cartoonish but great as Chat, AND stellar acting by Chai: Vasin was probably the most coherent and well-portrayed character of the whole series.
Please please please God of BLs: give us soon news of another project by InnOngsa!
I have nothing to say except that I love this, and them. I wish episodes were 3hours-long!
I would add one thing - I'm almost 40yo and I understand this heavy teenage moment so much... how family/work/society expectations can change your personal route. Some regrets or burdens never fade, they just get tangled in everything else that life throws at you while you grow up, year after year.
I really hope Niran can find his own way, but I'm sure he will because Cheewa will be his compass. <3
People can say SeaKeen series don't have perfect stories. Or that they lack chemistry . Or maybe even say they…
How can people say they don't act well? T_T I can somehow understand the chemistry part, they are young so in a way they COULD lack that "physical, sexy" type of chemistry... but Keen is one of the best young actors out there, he is so damn natural! And Sea is getting better after every series, it really shows how much he's improving too!
I totally forgout about this series last week, honestly weirdo-101 was such a treat that I forgot to watch DBTE's ep9... so now I've watched ep 9&10 and basically everything that happened was as predictable and clichèed as ever.
It's such a pity because both characters are intriguing and the actors very well paired.
Also, the "blade runner"-styled music kinda makes me feel so weird... it feels like we're in a sci-fi eerie movie, while on screen we see BL's boys bickering for a boyfriend. ^^'

Anyway... let's go and rewatch!
This might be my most anticipated series of the week...!

(sorry, just planning how many hours of RuiRui will fill my schedule when this airs XDDDD)
WHAT
I wasn't expecting a S2 but I'm so happy about this! Yay! Loved these two, can't wait to see them again!
