For example, just some random things that pop up to my mind now:
-- Sky. Guy is an idol trainee and has a manger, BUT he gets panic attacks when a camera is closeby. How did he do the castings, the profile pictures, the interviews etc etc without his manager noticing? Now this is something huge that could have been interesting IF it was addressed correctedly, because there is absolutely no way nobody in a whole agency and office and crew has never noticed his panic attacks.
-- Sun getting dressed as a grey bunny and going to Jay with the drinks (why? couldn't he just go in normal clothes?), and even after Jay recognizes him and hugs him, Sun doesn't make 1+1? How many people on earth could there be who are in love with a boy dressed as a mascot bunny? It's not even sexy, it's grotesque! T_T
-- THE WHOLE head department of Dream entertainment isn't able to read a contract? These 20 people (directors and investors, so we're not talking no-brainers) have no lawyers, no advisors, nobody in their offices who can read a contract?
-- And also: you have a partner whom you don't like, and nobody over there did some research on Jay's background? Thai surnames are unique, meaning no family can have the same surname. He's not using his mother's surname, but you can't tell me nobody knows his father surname...
-- Sunny not recognizing Sun: nobody sent him a picture of this "new idol trainee"? Nobody told him his name? He has spies all over the place and people trying to kick this new-trainee's ass, BUT nobody knows his name or face?
-- "omg what does your tattoo mean" and Sun answering "i don't know, I just liked it" or something like that. Guy's name is SUN and the tattoo is S shaped with a sun..... such a difficult and obscure meaning...... ^^'

Just some random things that come to my mind right now. But yeah, while watching the later episodes, as things happened, I kept thinking: "are you serious? why would you do that?" but not in terms of "don't be crazy and do crazy stuff" but in an actual "nobody would ever do or say something like that for any reason because it completely makes no sense"... and that's a pity because I get the whole revenge/karma/worth topics but they could have been developed waaaay better, if the writing team put a bit more effort.

Well no, I didn't really have any particular expectation (outside of the fact that the rating is pretty high) and what I'm talking about aren't "flaws" of the characters themselves (for example I loved the villain, because Sunny was not the usual bidimensional "bad guy") which I usually appreciate and understand, but factual choices of things happening that would be common sense - and that here don't happen because the writers needed excuses or shortcuts.

I know I will receive tons of hate for this, BUT still... that's my two cents (or rather, my two baths).

I'm sorry but for me, this was totally a wasted show. The first few episodes were interesting although a bit "flat", but it was a good build up for a plot that seemed rich and thrilling (Sammon's name is usually a guarantee, at least for me). Also, both leads have insane chemistry and complement each other perfectly in terms of visuals... TopTap is probably one of the sexiest guys I've seen on screen this year, AND the fact that he's always "in heat mode" makes it even more noticeable... ^^
Anyway, series has nice premise BUT then as the episodes progress, things happen and basically everyone is half stupid: most of the characters act in ways that are completely out of common sense, or are oblivious so much to the limits of disbelief... and the whole plot suffers so much of lazy writing, I was on "meh" or "sigh" mode for the whole second part. Also the audio compartment was on holiday for most of the time: bad editing, empty moments, background noises, terrible volumes.... ^^'

Still, I finished it (I have this severe form of no-dropping-sickness so the doctor forced me to finish watching) and I will admit JaySun deserve an award for their feral kisses AND vivid nc-scenes... but yeah, aside from that, I only loved the trio Sky/Sun/Kajorn and I'm for team PakinSky too! Also, kudos to Fuaiz who's always a scene-stealer, and I'm in love with Lilly who was so charming as director Karn! T_T

Hope these two get another project together tho': they have a lot of potential!

ahahahah XD well we definitely need to see them lovey-dovey, they are so cute together! i'm not asking for much, but please at least give us a kiss T_T

Ok so please tell me I'm not the only one who was expecting a kiss at that 4... 3... 2... 1...

And when the episode ended with yet 5 mins to the end, I thought: THERE HAS TO BE an extra scene! It can't just end like this! T_T

(and ok there'll be a special episode next week, I'm happy because I'm not ready to let these two go... but but but, although I loved how they managed to give us DaWei story, the finale felt so rushed and flat! T_T)

agreed on the ending... every episode up to the last one was (almost) PERFECT, and then they decided to throw everything away for who-knows-what reason ^^

I usually don't like too toxic stories/characters... this sounds very "Revenged Love" styled and that's one of those series everyone hyped but I found totally unlikable, so I kinda feel like this would be the same T_T

Just started this and please don't tell me I'm the only one seeing (and hearing!) Mark Jiruntanin anytime nong Sky is on screen! He might be my favorite character as of now (just finished ep3), along with their manager.

I started this now out of the very high rating and the first episode was quite "meh" for me too, but 2 and 3 are building up!
As of now I don't find it groundbreaking but it's pretty engaging (although I put it on 1.25x to be honest) and I'm very curious to see how the whole revenge thing will be done!

I love him too, and agree he looks so different here! He def lost weight, also the makeup is pretty "flat" on him in this series (obviously since he's like a vampire... but it makes him look so stern and cold and he feels distant yet fragile at the same time!)

Check out Edge of Horizon from thailand too, if you like dramatic historical plots!

You Maniac is good because WilliamEst are great, BUT as of now it's pretty flat to me with plot... I was expecting so much more! T_T

I personally also loved "When Light Fades" (historical) and "When Oranges Fall" (teenage first love)... and I'm enjoying "Match Point" so much too, giving nostalgic Bad Buddy vibes!

Completely agree with this! I had some pacing issues at the beginning too, but honestly more on the investigation/routine parts than in the lovestory part: to me they felt immediately connected right after their first meetings and interactions, a yin/yang dynamic that was there from the beginning but that exploded with Ken tasting James blood and being drawn to it. And from there, the tension was just so visible and grew day after day... I mean everyone in the office and outside noticed! XD

Also, James never accused Ken of being a killer! He asked a lot of questions and was hurt when he realized Ken was a Nour BUT he also says he's a goiod judge of character (or something similar when talking about auras) so I feel like he was hurt more by the fact that Ken didn't tell him the whole truth than by the fact of him being a Nour himself. Also, all those questions he asked him in the basement... felt less like an interrogation and more like a way to "spoon-feed" Ken into tearing down his walls and completely opening up to him.

I usually prefer slow-burn romance, but not all people are the same and... these two were bombs waiting to explode right from minute one! XD

For me, the most sus thing ever is: he can't eat curry! How can you NOT eat curry? It's sus as hell! XD

He's also Thian's half brother in "To Sir, with Love".... and he's such a precious and supportive brother there, loved him! <3

I so agree, Ash has such a nostalgic "old but gold" feel!

I finally managed to catch up to this one, and I'm commenting just to say: smiling Vincent/Leo is the comfort I didn't know I needed. <3

(although the smiles in episode 5 didn't last long...)

totally agree with this - if you are the one who sets the place on fire, you wouldn't also set YOUR LEG on fire. I mean... something might always go wrong, but seems pretty unlikely.
Unless, he wanted to die in that fire too... but if he's a Nour he wouldn't be able to do so and he'll know it already. And if he's not a Nour and tried to die, than maybe a Nour saved him.
