I'm loving it! Not all of us are students, and it's so relatable to see characters who are working adults with a "fulfilled life" who are still striving to stumble upon love and happiness! Can't wait for the next episodes, sadly there's just 5 of them. :(
I wasn't planning on ever interacting on this site anymore for various reasons lol but im so mad I gotta say something…
I was reading in a former post by someone (or rather, a comment to a review if you want to check) mentioning how in chinese there is no appropriate word for this condition so probably the translator "approximated" by using the word "disease". I understand what you're saying tho', I loved this drama but I would have liked to get a better explanation of his situation.
This drama was SO MUCH MORE than I actually expected! It was a bit slow sometimes, expecially at the beginning, but honestly Amber is so cute that I could've watched it also in slowmotion. :D I really loved how they tackled so many important themes in a fluid, easy, relatable way, and the way in which all the characters bonded-
I basically cried for almost all the second part of the drama, kudos to the actors who did a great job in almost every situation.
I loved S1 but I'm honestly loving this even more so far - it would have been unreal if we just got a lovey-dovey sequel, with all the problems and insecurities these two have and the lack of communication in their relationship... Hopefully it doesn't get too unnecessarily over-dramatic, real life is a b!tch but sometimes BL dramas are even worse. XD
I wanted to start this as soon as it aired, but judging from the comments I'll just wait a couple of weeks to try and bingewatch the first episodes... plus, I'm still not brave enough to confront a main lead who's name is Daonuea after watching SIMM...! XD
So far so good --- I hope they can keep up with this fun/romantic/cute vibes, the two ML are doing so well together and even if the story is overheard and filled with clichees, it's still an enjoyable watch. I want a teacher like Prince and a doctor like Fah just to stare at them. o.o
I agree with all you said especially the part about Yacht. I just hope they will finally put Karn and Nut in a…
Well, I think in this series they managed to be happy all in all... Prakan was 30ish when they started living together and he died at a very old age so they lived a loooooong life as a couple, even tho' Sanya didn't age. But yes, it would be lovely to have a "normal happy ending" for this ship in the future. Hopefully we'll see them together again soon!
The last episode basically was exactly like I expected: the perfect clichèd ending for any lovestory that involves a human and a non-human, and to be honest here it actually fitted pretty well and I'm not ashamed to say that I cried quite a bit while watching how all the stories and bonds came to an end in this final.
Kudos to Yacht, I loved how he acted totally different then his usual roles. Loved Karn (such a beautiful man!) and I'm pretty conflicted over Nut because at times he was great, and at times he was so damn stiff.
All in all it could have been a masterpiece *IF* the director or the screenwriter didn't mess the plot and the storytelling and the characters... among many BLs out there, still, it'll probably be among my favourite because I loved the idea of the story.
Feels better than Star in My Mind (which wasn't bad, it was just "meh"), at least the actors seem to have chemistry. I fear we'll see so many ATOTS-like moments tho'...
I'm really loving these comedic short japanese BLs, they are a breath of fresh air inbetween other series that are indeed great but a bit dramatic. Just like what happened with "Kieta hatsukoi", I wasn't expecting much with this series at the beginning due to the short screentime, but it has become one of the ones I really await the most.
Naoya is super duper iper lovable and Kota is just so cute and lovely!
Really, really appreciated this series - it was short, but still very welldone both story-wise and as production. The two main actresses were great, especially the one in Yi Ming's role... I didn't really like her character but she really brought her to life. Kudos to the husband: I really felt he was doing his best, I loved how in this series everything felt so real... just like things happen, sometimes the people and the timing are just not right and we can't do much about it.
Just happened to see the trailer and I'm starting to buy tissues already. I love the fact that they "switched" the mood between the two of them, but I definitely know we'll get so many tears out of this show...!!
I'm usually not into medical stuff, but this drama just gets better at every episode: not a single wasted moment, I'm loving it just like I loved Manner of Death! Hopefully we can get more of these stories written by Sammon, maybe in the same "universe" with cameo moments just like it happened with MaxTul... these series mix so well action, suspance, romance, character development, medical, social issues....
I really hope BLs standard can get better and better, just like with this, and KinnPorsche, MoD, Not Me...
We've seen much worse BLs in the last years, so I keep watching because all in all I like Khluen's character and I think Joong is doing a decent job in portraying his role... i loved how he switched to "fluffy" in this last episode! <3 But Dao is definitely a huge NO! for me, his character seems to be a bipolar dramaqueen... ^^'
I'm really finding the music of this series irritating: I understand they want to make a bit of angst when maxing the volume up, but it's just too much... a better evolution/telling of the story would be enough for that, instead of having 2mins of max volume before "something" (predictable) happens.
I love Sanya/Tua but just can't get attached to Prakarn... instead, Keeta/Natee would have been a nice couple! And still thinking that Yacht is doing a great job there, even tho his character doesn't fit him at all.
Out of curiosity: is Max Lin (Zheng Ze Shou) the brother of Sam Lin, the actor playing Gao Shi De in We Best Love? o.o
This drama is getting more addictive every week, Fu Li Gong's looks are just TOO cute and I'm really hurting for him. But I kinda can't stand the second couple, and I really can't see how they'll make it last for 12 episodes...

On a side note: we need more welldone adult BL series like this one. Subito. Now.

Need more GLs!
Love Yacht. Love Karn (he's so damn beautiful!!).
Thank God Prakarn stops the "wait I have to think" motto in the last minutes of this episode, otherwise I would have dropped the show. XD

Typhoon is hands down my favourite character! :D
