Disappointing compared to season 1

Chemistry was an important element in the stories in season 1. But it seems this season is devoid of chemistry. There is no chemistry between Eun sol and the Doctor baek. Neither is there a chemistry between the team members. The cases were interesting overall but there was less involvement of the leading lady, Eun pro. This was a crucial element of Investigation couple. It would have been better if the doctor beak warmed up to others a bit. No character development. Plus Stella Hwang was much better than Sally. Please bring her back. The series simply lacked the fun element. Season 1 was waaaaayyyy better in my opinion. Overall worth a watch.

Epic thiller with a touch of romance

I'm simply in love with this show. This goes on to show how important forensics are in deciphering the truth. I simply love doctor baek bom. You won't even realise that he's not a real doctor. I also love Eun sol, the prosecutor. She has a warm heart, and she is the only one who understands the cold hearted doctor. I really loved their chemistry in season 1 and was disappointed upon seeing no such interaction in season 2. The fact that they do care for each other in a not so conventional way is what adds a new dimension to the story. I am really hoping to see them end up together in season 3

True Masterpiece u can't get enough of

The untamed is a story which has captivated my heart. It points out that the line between good and evil is very thin. That is one's own conscience. Wei wuxian and Lan Zhan both saw the noble clans murdering innocents during the day and claiming righteousness at night. This led to the rigid, restrained Lan Zhan question his judgements and so called righteousness...."Are there rules set for all the things in the world? If so how to judge right or wrong?" In order to stand by Wei wuxian who had adhered to the evil practices to protect the innocent, lan wanji didn't even flinch once and gave up his reputation as a noble cultivator. Wei wuxian had once said " Who cares about the crowded broad Avenue? I will stick to my single log bridge till dark". Indeed Lan wanji stood by him till the very end. Most important aspect of the untamed is the story and the acting. The story involving xiao xincheng and xue yang was also heart breaking. It's been a while since I've watched something like this. I have watched it 10 times already still can't get enough of it. Because every time u watch u get the subtle details that makes up the heart of the untamed. I love it ❤️

Worth a watch definitely

No one can beat korea when it comes to medical drama and heart surgeons does the job best. The story revolves around Doctor Park Tae so and his mentor Choi han. Park tae soo is willing to put everything on the line for his patients, doesn't go by the so called rules and norms. He looks up to his senior Choi and adores him as he had saved his mother. Things however turn different due to the choices made by the two. The story is intriguing. Acting is brilliant and the actions going on in the operation theatre really makes it thrilling to watch!!

Must watch movie

Xiao zhan has done superbly well as xiaofan. This probably paved the way for his acting in the Untamed. The movie is humorous, but will pull your heart strings at some point. The story progresses really well. I loved all the actors. The visual effects are superb as well. The action scenes are breath taking. The story is about how a kind and innocent person like xiaofan was forced to turn over to the dark side. But the goodness inside him remained. His friends and his master loved him with all their Hearts. They stuck by his side till the very end. I loved the movie. I'll be watching it again.

MUST WATCH OF 2026

Double Helix (2026): An Adaptation That Deserves to Be Experienced, Not Dismissed

In an era where first impressions and online ratings often shape what people choose to watch, Double Helix reminded me why it’s important to experience a story before forming an opinion.

Adapting a beloved novel is never an easy task. Every reader brings different expectations, and every adaptation must balance faithfulness to the source material with the demands of visual storytelling. Rather than trying to please everyone, Double Helix commits to telling its story with confidence, trusting its characters and performances to carry the emotional weight.

The heart of this drama lies in its cast. The two leads approach their roles with remarkable sincerity, creating a relationship that feels layered, believable, and emotionally compelling. Their chemistry is never forced; it unfolds naturally through subtle expressions, lingering glances, quiet conversations, and moments of vulnerability. It is the kind of chemistry that cannot be manufactured—it comes from actors who understand their characters and fully commit to them.

What impressed me most was the emotional consistency of the series. Every important moment feels connected to the characters’ personal journeys rather than existing simply to create temporary drama. The relationships evolve with patience, allowing viewers to understand not only what the characters are feeling but also why they make the choices they do.

The production deserves equal praise. The cinematography creates an intimate atmosphere, the direction gives emotional scenes room to breathe, and the pacing allows meaningful moments to unfold naturally. Instead of overwhelming the audience with spectacle, the drama places its confidence in storytelling, atmosphere, and performance.

One aspect I particularly appreciated was its willingness to present imperfect characters. They are not written to be universally admirable; they are written to be human. Their flaws, emotional contradictions, and difficult decisions become part of what makes them memorable. Whether viewers agree with every action is ultimately a matter of personal taste, but the drama never asks its audience to stop thinking—it invites them to engage with complex emotions and relationships.

Not every story is intended to appeal to every viewer, and Double Helix is no exception. Some may find its emotional intensity or morally complicated characters challenging, while others will find those very qualities to be its greatest strengths. That is precisely why I encourage people not to let mixed opinions make the decision for them.

Watch it. Experience it. Form your own conclusions.

For me, Double Helix succeeded because it trusted its story, respected its characters, and gave its actors the space to deliver performances that stayed with me long after the final episode. In a genre filled with memorable titles, this is one that confidently earns its place among them.
