Purple Ghost

This was first ZYC drama and I became an instant fan while watching. I love his hair & wardrobe in it, especially the all white costume.
I still re-watch and still interpret as a happy ending, with validation of what I read on the Soompi boards.
Also, I was never annoyed with Zhao Lusi. She had a goal: to avenge her family country.
One of my favorite lines in the drama is when Fu Jiu Yun tells the 2nd ML that he used to think guarding the FL was love. He now realized that helping her achieve her goal is love.

According to this synopsis, you are right! But there’s no mention of the mystery. I can’t find anyplace that has this book translated. Sadness.

Hopefully, MGTV YT channel will fix the problem when they upload the new episodes.
The only other place to watch is on the MGTV app but doing so will make you want to throw your phone/ tablet against the wall. The subs are beyond horrible.

I want a spin-off drama where Lei Ao gets the girl. He was the best actor here.

It’s episode 31 for the ML to find out, so the romance is really short.
The 2nd ML finds out earlier in ep. 26, I think. He’s my favorite.

I just need him to have a high status so the older sister and mother have to kowtow to QC and RJ. ;)

I’m hoping he’s not the one to accidentally reveal that Ren Juan is the “wife” of the bandit. Lol

Their relationship reminds of me some classic wuxia master/student ones.

I’m enjoying it very much. It’s only at 10 episodes and the angst is low, Already, the heroine is trying to better herself by learning martial arts. It’s cute how she got her master.
Also, there’s a friendship developing the ML and Hang Ru Xue.

Wowsers! This is much worse than I thought it would be. I lost respect for 2nd lead. He crashes wedding for completely selfish reasons.
I do feel really bad for the 5th prince. Yan Yi’s love for her is deep and true. According to another post, I like knowing that he didn’t and that he raised the Han flags in the palace.
