Yeah and there's many more scenes, viewers need to understand her feelings as well as TTJ when watching. we can't just keep condemning her actions.. I think BL has acted really well to showcase her emotions and turmoil.

Actually, it already indicated that early on LSS was already in love with TTJ without realising it. Then after exiting Bo' Re life dream, despite being on a mission, she started to fall even harder. Some of the scenes that can support my statement are:
1) Ep 9 : When she exchanged her eye with his, and did not think of him as a monster like everybody else. Yes she had her mission to accomplish, but the way she screamed at SJ that he wasn't a monster, was not an action that someone without feelings would say.
2) Ep 20: On her birthday, she left her family and ran out to hug TTJ because she felt guilty. In fact, this also shows her love and care for him (not just guilt/compassion). But she was still unaware of her own feelings thus she did not agree to his request to put her memorial tablet in the Tantai royal mausoleum.
3) Ep 20: When PR said TTJ got hurt, her face showed genuine concern and worry. She ended going to the camp by foot (and walked for 2 weeks) just to check on him.
4) Ep 21: Their cute moments at the camp. Even PR said YXW really liked him (but she was in denial because of her mission).
5) Ep 22: When TTJ left with YBC in the carriage, YXW cried her heart out, is this the actions of a person with only guilt and concern in her heart?
6) Ep 22: Out of spite and anger, YXW threw the meteor xiao xiao jin into the pond. That's something a person in a lover's quarrel would do.
7) Ep 22: When YXW found out from YQY that TTJ's mother's ashes were stolen by Sheng King, she realised the actual situation and ran straight to TTJ. She also wanted to be with him and be by his side, until the inevitable time comes.
8) Ep 23: At the Qixi Festival, at the parade. YXW realising that TTJ was no one else, but just her TTJ. She also wanted to confess about her mission but was stopped by NBY (however telling TTJ would be futile since in Ep 27, God of Time Ji Ze informed her that both of them can never be together. She either owes the world, or owes TTJ, such was her fate).

Hypothetically speaking, what would it take for youku to release a director's cut for this drama? I keep reading…
Not sure if GMP Director's Cut was released due to pressure from fans. But it did not contain much difference and I was disappointed.
For TTEOTM, there are lots of CGI for backdrop and fighting scenes so they need to do extra work for a Director's Cut hence why I think there won't be one.
