Yes they will. I see good in him though. He is not all bad and not completely wrong. He does make some good points.
I personally think that his methodologies are good but he is not the best man to execute them. And the example of him leading them is quite clear so far.

Still the way he is treating them doesn’t seems good to me. And the special force and all may create friction in the team. And I know technology is good but the technology can fail you at times.
