I do agree that a less predictable character do become the killer. And she is one of them. But don’t u think that she would need to stake out for her prey. So she would have to leave her shop often. But her shop is pretty famous. And I didn’t saw anyone else serving than her in the shop. So she couldn’t have left her shop just like that to kill or stalk someone. If she did she would surely catch the eye of her customers.

The ratings are based on per user. Not per episode. So even if you rate each episode individually it won’t make a difference as the average would be taken.
