I can agree that JSM did great but this story isn't about the female lead it's about male lead. Hong sisters are female but they always give important substance to ML and the FL is just there as a helper. They need to learn from " Little women" team.

I was more excited about the action but they didn't had as many as I was expected. They under utilized actress JSM I felt like her purpose was only helping Uk and nothing else. Hope they give equal important/substance to both leads in part 2.

This is real and confirmed cast, right? I love Jung Da Bin since she was very young.

Lets give her a chance and support the team if you like the first part. Hopefully they don't have too many cringy romance scenes as was in part 1.

I agree that this was planned but lots of people seem to deny that it was not.

Anyone remember that the name of this drama was " return". I now understand why it it was called return it's because Naksu and Uk are both resurrected from death. Correct me if I am wrong regarding the initial name of this drama.

I really liked the the HK version and never gone beyond finding out if it was a remade or original.

In conclusion: 99% of cdramas now a day is not worth watching cuz they only focus the look and the feel but not on the story.

Please note this is only my opinion. Please recommend a cdrama that have high quality in term of story telling without filler. Something that have the quality of kdrama " little women".

The only Journey to the West that I loved was made by Hong Kong production that Dicky Cheung was on it.

That I don't know cuz I am only a consumer and watch whatever entertains me. I used to watch a lot of cdramas too but their qualities have declined. My favorite is The Journey of Flower. This drama was so so good in the beginning and toward the end. The middle was just bizarre. Actually 99% of cdramas are like that. The writer ran out of idea for their drama that have too many episodes.

Fan Bing Bing drama that I really liked too: The Empress of China.

On CA, South Korean is democratic country they can do whatever they want to bring in $$$ (it's fictional anyway) as long as it's legal in their country. For this drama, I would say they didn't do anything wrong. They put a caption in the beginning that it's a made up story no country in the drama existed in history or book. I just watch whatever entertains me and don't care about other stuffs. China production teams need to start making drama shorter and better so people will start watching their dramas too. I must say Hong Kong used to make a lot of great materials. SK emulates HK's formular in the late 80 to mid 90 in term of entertainment contents.
