Lol, I was worried that the King would be the annoying third party in a love triangle between Rid and Putarn but he’s even more irritating as the matchmaker. Causing stress for our young couple and other couples 🤣

I like the way TY is pursuing TX. He's being aggressive but classy about it. Nice when you have money spend lol

I actually don't think that LZX is interested in TX. He does seem like a decent guy who is genuinely interested in directing her film, and he is respectful of her. However, it seems like he is more protective of TX against TY because of his own history with TY.

Anyway, I like him now but I know I am going to find him annoying if he really does become a third party before his own love line starts.

In a way, she broke her own heart. After knowing so well, she gave such a flippant reason why she liked him. Even I would not have accepted her confession.

She confessed in her heart everything that she liked about him and why she fell in love with him as she walked out of his office.
Like you, I thought it was really silly of her to confess but provided such superficial reasons. No one with self-respect, especially someone like Tang Yu, who she knows well, would accept it.

Yes, there’s a reason why rom-coms are so popular and it’s better enjoyment for us when the leads are good!

Ep 10 was just wow! So good to see the evil witch mother daughter duo spiraling downhill.
The romance has been developing nicely between our leads but it’s obvious that the climax is approaching with all the secrets revealed. I hope the last two episodes are consistently well written and executed’

Eps 5 and 6 were even better. The slow reveal of the ML’s feelings and thoughts, and the FL’s graciousness in how she handle the situations were well done. Love Miles Wei and Huang Ri Ying in their roles. They act well and look great together!

I was not sure how I felt about the FL in the beginning but ep 4 was the turning point. I like a female character that can carry her own and pick herself up with dignity. I also like her relationship with her parents. They seemed so typical at first but the honesty and openness between them is refreshing.
Now I look forward to the next episodes!

Absolutely. Most shows lose steam midway but not this show. I love that there was always a play in action and hidden agendas.

Amazing! The story stayed consistent and well executed! The plot was engaging and intriguing, and I went through all possible myriad of emotions. Along with the characters, I cried and laughed, I mourned and rejoiced!
The cast was excellent and without the doubt, everyone especially Bai Lu and Zhang Ling He brought their A-game!
The last episode was incredibly satisfying with a proper ending and they even gave us such a special “special episode”. Totally worth paying for the express package!
I hope that more people will watch this show since it would be a shame to miss it!
