Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. However, I think there might be a slight misunderstanding. My original review was specifically about my experience with this drams, focusing on its repetitive plot and character consistency. While I appreciate your perspective, it seems like your points might be addressing a different interpretation. My main conclusion was that the high ratings likely stem from the actors' popularity rather than the script's strength.

nothing else is worth watching presently.....I would not say I am watching. I should say I have it on and doing something else.......

But, I am still there....Wonder why....

I was attacked because I did not like this drama....most viewers based their reviews on idol worships and not the drama itself. What can I say? Glad there are others feel the same as I do.

I don’t dislike Leo Woo or Zhao Lusi. They are the reasons why I watched this drama in the first place…… I feel the drama took tooooo long to unfold to get to the point, and was presented poorly. I even had to struggled to esp 3……..I just lost interest. I didn’t want to continue to see if the show will improve down the road. Many liked this drama, but it was not the case for me….

Please enjoy the show if it makes you happy, isn’t that what life is about? Do not take any reviews too seriously, it is only one person’s personal opinions............…Its like Durian, some loved it and some thinks it smell like cat’s leavings......hahaha

the buffoon that called me names goes by Leoluci.....the actor is Leo Wu and the actress is Zho Lusi...........put them together.....hahaha....I've made my point.

I was bored from first episode. I saw nothing but foolish squabbling, smacking, bullying and bad theatrics. Actually, I watched it till the 3rd episodes is because I usually liked the shows these actors are in.......I dropped it and gave a very negative review. Later, I went back and watched another couple of episodes because others gave such a high score, but what I viewed did not improve......

I think most of the people attacked my reviews are probably young people from China. They read the book before watching and knew what to expect. They raved about how good it is.........I think the book might be better than the way this drama was presented......., The director took too long to unfold the drama, I lost interest.

A review is personal. Just because I don't like it, it does not mean it is a bad show for others. If I like it, it also does not mean it is good and suitable for everyone. You should make your own decision as to what you want to do.....

I am glad you are liking this drama,........but, what does it have to do with my review? Everyone thinks if they like it, I also have to like it???????

I know many had folded this drama. The difference is I wrote a review.

When one read a book, the story unfold in you imagination. If the story does not capture your interest from the beginning, 95% of the people will drop not bothering to finish……… The same with dramas. The directors are telling a story, a visual one……. There is no reasons why you need to suffer through episodes and episodes to see if it gets better………Instead of attacking my review, the suggestions should be made to the directors to present this drama differently…..….then they will have more audiences enjoying the show.

BTW…..This kdrama, Extraordinary Attorney Woo….only 4 episodes out….each episode tells a different story. The legal issues are off track and almost impossible, but, they manage to make a story out of it. What I am getting at is the actress. I don’t even know her name, but I’ve seen her in other dramas before. She must have done extensive research for her part….she is superb. Watch all her small and subtle movements. She did an outstanding job in this drama.…..If you have time, give it a try……hope the remaining of the shows will also be good.

Chinese dramas has a tendency to scratching a 20 episodes story into 40 or 50....

I went back and watched 5 and 6......no improvements....I no longer want to carry this any further, it is a waste of time. Review given.....thats that......take care.

It seems most viewers had read the books and knew the story before watching the drama……. I didn't.....I also assume most to the disagreements I received are from China........ Where I live, Episode 5, 6 just came aired yesterday....

This drama started out sooooo bad, it was painful to suffer through additional episodes, it was not enjoyable. There are plenty others shows to choose from.......

I don't usually write reviews, most of my reviews are negative. The good ones will care for it’s self.… Some shows, I dropped on 1st episode……. I watched this drama to episode 3, parts of 4 its because I liked both the actor and actress........But, the story just stretched too long to unfold. It totally lost my attention…….If it is the style of the director, it is not my preference……….

If a drama did not catch your interests in the first couple of episodes, one do not hang around till the 10th to find if they like the show……… It's like another show with Yang Yang and Dilraba. As much as I like them, I did not like the drama itself...........

What I find interesting is.....all the attacks from other viewers.......I didn't think my review is that important? It's "my" personal opinion and I stated as such…….did my statements stopped those who wish to watch it???????…….Just because I was not a fan, it does not mean other people feel the same. Everyone can make their own judgements…….Those that loves it can watch it 10 times, it is their privileges and choice……… But, it is also my rights, I am also entitled to express my point of views. I make no apologies.…………….Everyone is different, what's good for the goose, might not necessary be suitable for the gander.

BTW…..Some immature, self righteous moron got sooooo excited, so worked up and angry because I did not write what he wants to read. He even went to the extend calling me names........ROFL......I find him more entertaining than the drama.......…..This person deserve to get candy and flowers from the production staff…….LOL

Since you read the book, it will affect you differently ....episode 5 and 6 just aired a couple of hours ago.......the drama did not start out impressive at all. I don't know if I will go back to watch ...but thanks for the input.....

it left a bad taste in my mouth..... I might continue watching later....
