I dont want to sound like a know it all but from the trailer it was a bit obvious that this was a barebones, low…
You're very right. It's not a new occurrence. (They must be newbies). We usually have dramas like these where we always say these actors shouldn't have taken on those roles. because what is this nonsense. Idk why people are acting like these types don't exist. Yes it's bare bones, next question. Just leave it to those of us who will watch it and cringe in pain. -_-
Alright, so this one falls straight into the spicy guilty pleasure category—meaning it’s not for the faint…
This should honestly be a review. I'd upvote it twice just for you. Let future "cdrama critics" know that it's not that deep. Not every drama should be analyzed seriously. Sometimes we need dramas just for vibes.
OMG what a rollercoaster this was. Firstly I actually want to apologise to myself for not watching this drama while it was airing. The comment section would have been wild!!! But then again, I enjoyed binge-watching this drama. Secondly, I'd like to thank my boy Zhang Bin Bin for picking a hit script!!!. YESSS MY BOY!! WELL DONE!! Also, this drama caught me off guard with 2ml syndrome, but you know that died off in the middle. But at least I have a new C-actor crush Wang Duo!!! Welcome to the harem!!! lol. Thirdly I'd like to thank Sun Zhen Ni, girl I didn't think you would pull this off, but you did it. It was hard being 2/3 characters at once but you did it. Loved you already in Til The End of the Moon. Lastly I'd like to thank myself for finishing this drama. Ngl, in the first 3 or 4 episodes I almost gave up, because I wasn't feeling it, but after getting to episode 6, it was a breeze. Haven't had a good xianxia in a while. Enjoyed the plot twists, the story, the characters, damn. Thank you!!! Special mention to all those who watched this drama and rated it well so that it currently has a rating of 8.4, Bless you!!! I am so glad I didn't give this drama up.
No, it's part 2 of the drama. because of the 40 episode limit on Chinese dramas, they split it into 2 because…
oh. your statement before sounded like you didn't know about the 40 episode rule, that's why I reiterated the first reply. calling it 2 different seasons is what makes it sound like you didn't know. anyways I think your problem is more of "is it necessary to be that many episodes?" 😂🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ Cdramas, I guess. it's not abnormal. We used to have 70 episodes before and they were all that way. Tbf i have never actually considered the profit angle anyways because, 'how many people are willing to sit down and watch that many episodes anyway?'. Should be more about cost to them, no? but yeah you have a right to complain. I guess we're the suckers because we still watch it anyway 💀
Haven't watch from episode 20 because I saw the comments about Shengyi (I knew she was a weak bitch). 🤣 Those of you watching episode by episode are brave. You have my respect. 🫡. Someone needs to go ahead and tell us when the coast is clear. Couldn't be me this time. That type of plot would frustrate me to death 😭 without a warning 😭. Thank you all for your services. 🫡🫡🫡
I'm a hard grader, I'd give the chemistry like a 7/10. It's not the best I've ever seen but it's better than average.…
Yeah, no worries. It's all subjective anyway. Just had to understand the context of your rating. Because then i thought "there's a historic Cdrama i haven't watched with even better chemistry?" But yeah.

Makes sense, i knew your rating included all other dramas. I thought you were rating it for a historic Cdrama. Because you're not gonna get Embrace In the Dark Night type of chemistry here.

because of the 40 episode limit on Chinese dramas, they split it into 2 because they produced more than 40 episodes.
