People here are so impatient lol, I honestly don’t understand why they expect everything to come to light when we barely just started. It’s a drama for a reason, every episode is supposed to tell a certain story to add up to the plot so that it won’t create plot holes. If you expect them to get it solved easily, then just watch a movie or smth 😂

*Note: I respect everyone’s opinions here ok but I’m just saying that you shouldn’t be quick to judge a drama with only 3 episodes. Plus it’s a mystery drama, you’re supposed to be patient and search for clues to theorize on.

Thank you for this! I got to know from the Cheese in The Trap and I did get interested in the actor. Although I did watch some videos on YouTube talking about controversial actors and he was in the list which was kinda shocking. Good to know that it was just a false rumor.

I gotta agree with you on that! I’ve seen many dramas of Jonghoon but this drama really made him shine as one of the main leads and as his role being the most hardworking manager. I think he deserves an award for that in the show 😂

It’s basically when certain characters of other shows/dramas come into one drama, an example was when the cast of Penthouse appeared, also when the Find Me in Your Memory cast also made an appearance and etc.

I completely agree with you. I hate how people here kept saying there’s a change in the genre or whatnot but they should know that they’re watching a drama about how the entertainment industry works so it’s not supposed to be all fun and bright but it should portray the dark sides too.

Well I do think that Taesung being blamed highlighted what being a popular actor is, because they like to use their names as clout so people will sure take on the clickbait and believe anything that’s said by an anonymous person. It’s also really common nowadays with many idols/actors getting canceled because of that same reason. The drama just tried to portray the reality of of how certain situations occur.

Well I do think you can continue, many episodes show the true stories of how celebrities handle with rumors/scandals and even other sensitive issues like fans being too obsessive about a celebrity and such. I think this drama brought out many topics about how idols/actors handle all these situations and what happens behind the scenes with how the PR team handles the situations too. I do blame the screenwriter/script writer for not being more aware of portraying Africa as if it’s just 1 country. Although after that they continue more on the behind the scenes of how the entertainment industry works.

I think the difference is that in Weightlifting fairy, she was meant to look like a body builder since it was her role. While originally she’s also a model in real life so that’s why her body may seem skinny but imo she looks healthy. There’s no need to comment on that please. 🙂

This is why I’m enjoying the drama because a lot of fans need to know how to not easily cancel these celebrities because you knew never the backstory of those scandals/rumors. It’s quite informative that the entertainment industry is place that’s not easy to survive in.

Yeah I heard originally the drama had 45 episodes but they had to cut it short because now only dramas can have 40 episodes max only

Even tho we all expected a better and longer ending but for me I think they did justice for a happy ending at least. I personally think it would’ve been a nice touch to see if they’ll have kids or maybe Bai Fengxi to reunite with the Tiansheng Sect and even Hei Fengxi to reunite with his brother Prince Chang like the good old times. Also would’ve been nice if Prince Chang got to know that the girl who saved him turned out to be his sister-in-law like I can imagine them having a nice chat and drinking together 😆
But I can see that they wanted to focus on Bai-Hei Fengxi only which is no problem with me too 😁

I agree with this! Like it’s ok to think that the actor/actress’s acting is bad or not that good but it’s best to keep it to yourself because why do you want to spread the negativity? I think Cheng Xiao did a decent job at her role and I loved the chemistry she had with Xu Kai. If you are not a professional critic of acting then please don’t try to waste your time typing all the hate. Thank you. 😂

This is giving me similar vibes to Vincenzo where coincidentally Taecyeon’s character Jang Junwoo had feelings for Hong Chayoung but it was never really shown until he mentioned it in the end 👀

I’m so glad the plot is starting to get to its climax because I was tired of seeing CP always sad for not being able to live her life as a woman and imagining that she had to go thru that for 10 years… it’s just painful thinking about it and I know how much she misses living a normal life… let’s just hope there’s a happy ending 😭

I agree I find it weird, even tho it was her father it sure seems like he’s violating her privacy, but I do agree with the other comment saying it could be another person peaking because if the King came the court maids would’ve told CP that his majesty was coming unless the King made the maids leave or either silenced them 🤷🏻‍♀️
