I keep seeing this argument and it's so funny for me to see. Did he not also lose that baby? I understand there's a more physical connection for a mother when they lose a baby, but why completely rule out the father's feelings in this equation? From the small flashback we got, he was absolutely devastated by that loss. Well, they both were actually, it's just that they didn't discuss it as a team and decided to deal with it individually, which is what drove them apart...

So interesting how some people place all or most of the blame on one party, while others put it on the other. I guess it's just a matter of who they relate to more. I personally believe both have their own different faults as to why their relationship is the way it is at the moment and neither is more to blame than the other. At least what we can all agree on is that they will get over it and start fighting the villains together because god knows her family is useless in that department.. 😂😂

Based on the preview, tomorrow we will see what happens in the conflict part as the scene looks the same. Kim Soo Hyun said his character's gonna yell and be mad (probably for saying she gives up) at her so he's probably gonna finally give her some food for thought and they're gonna have a more tense relationship for a few episodes but based on the wording of the second picture, which is a scene we have yet to witness, I don't see how they're not gonna get past their issues and have a happy ending. You don't use the world MIRACLE if you're gonna end it badly..

I don't think she says that to Hyun Woo. Remember, all these previews have been misleading until now + the tone of her voice and background noise is completely different than when Hyun Woo was talking. It sounded like she was somewhere inside. You can save this comment, but I'm 99% sure she says that to Eun Seong when he tells her in the preview, "What if I replaced him?", referring to Hyun Woo. I would be shocked if he doesn't get rebuked after making that kind of statement to her..
Also, don't worry, Hyun Woo will give her a piece of his mind next episode and make her think a little more about her actions as well..

Yes, keep watching and don't take that aspect too seriously as it's also a black comedy and the ML's used as the comedic relief..

A few edits? Where are you looking? It's everywhere on X, Reddit and tiktok and this is only talking about the fanbase that comments about the show. The ratings are higher and higher each week in SK and almost everywhere in the world on Netflix.

Exactly. I could understand why he would want revenge if the Hong family wronged him and his family in some way in the past (and we're still not 100% about that, could be a misunderstanding, or his mother manipulating him), but what did Baek Hyun Woo ever do to him? He's gone too far with his actions for me to try and empathize with his plight. He's a villain in my book..

I only said that because you're not the first to have worded it like that and people keep going with it. If we're gonna point their faults, we should be accurate. Yes, his body reacted with happiness in that funny scene in front of the mirror and he slept like a baby after hearing the news, that he had to train his face to be sad, but the happiness came from him seeing a way out of that family, not because "OH YES!!! My wife is finally dying". I honestly think they shouldn't have gone with the black comedy aspect at all. A lot of people clearly don't get it and take it much to seriously. Baek Hyun Woo was clearly used as the comedic relief in the drama, but at the end of the day, when the tone got serious, he always had his wife's back...

Yeah. It's so annoying to see people take sides. Especially in a drama where their reconciliation and fight for their marriage is the WHOLE POINT OF THE DRAMA.

I used to think the same, but not after seeing Kim Ji Won's performance. She literally brought Hong Hae In to life and made the character hers. I can't see anyone else playing it anymore..

We don't yet, but seeing as how she kept saying "Don't cry. You have no right." in that flashback, it's most probably either on her overworking herself or something to that effect..
