Trying to watch this but can't find eng sub? Where are you guys watching it?
I'm watching it on YouTube. YoYo English Channel. It only has 12 eps so far but I think they're release 2 eps a day. The subs are much better than iQiyi but there's some parts where the sound has been removed due to copyright so it does slightly ruin the watching experience.
??? fl is so so so beautiful, she doesnt look anywhere near 40 imo
I know people in their 20s (myself included) who can't do that without blowing out a kneecap. Not sure why that'd make it unrealistic for a woman who was trained since childhood to able to do it.
The leads were so precious. I adored their awkward interactions, it was so cute. Very rarely have I watched a damsel FL and felt protective over her. For the first half I just wanted someone to give her a hug.
Side note: I feel like I've been robbed. When it ended my first thought was 'Is this it?' I just wish the story was fleshed out a lot more especially towards the end.
I think people are forgetting that the reason FL in PMR started her revenge right away was that she was on borrowed time. She had a year to extract her revenge so she jumped straight. Here FL has at least 10 years so she can take her time. She's also aware that she's not able to change things, just transfer it. She needs to make sure that her bad luck so-to-speak is transferred to her bf and bff.
With who do you test though? If you test with the sister is going to say they are half-brothers, which would be…
The DNA test was bait to see if he was her husband or brother in law by using a paintbrush hair as the sample. So when he swapped the DNA results it confirmed her suspicions that he was her husband.
I think ep 2 answered that fairly well. He got very violent when she mentioned breaking up. He also knows where…
What would you have her do? I'm genuinely curious about how you think she could go about it and why you think she would even think about asking her coworkers for help.

Bestie, please, take a moment to think. She's in a relationship with a man who isn't normally violent but gets violent when a breakup is mentioned or when his ego is bruised. As someone with a lack of support (It's been hinted that her manager might also be in a DV situation and she also doesn't know her coworkers well enough on a personel level to go to them for help) being that their lives are tied together in almost every way the best way she can deal with this situation without ending up in a worse-off situation is make him leave her. That's exactly what she's trying to do.
Also, I'm not and will never give advice to women IRL on what to do in DV situations as I am not an expert and don't know their situation. I will however point out to you that leaving a DV relationship is incredibly difficult and is not simply a matter of whether or not they want to leave. Telling a woman that she could leave if she wants to undermines every struggle she's going through.

Um, no I did not say that. My response was simply to show you why it makes sense that she's not leaving him yet. You mentioned restraining orders so I pointed out why it might not be as effective in her situation given the lack of support. That does not mean I think victims should stay in a relationship because their partners are violent. It means I understand why she hasn't left him yet. It baffles me how you seem to think it's easy to leave those kind of relationships.

??
I don't know if you know this but violent men don't just go away if there's a restraining order against them or if you change locks. They keep coming back, keep harassing you, keep hounding you and making your life miserable. For someone who doesn't have anyone to rely on (yet) she needs to bid her time and makes sure that she won't end up in a terrible situation.
This goes without question but I feel the need to say it. This is not the place to critique an actor or actresses visuals. Discuss the show, criticise the acting (constructively of course), shit on the set and styling but let's leave comments about their looks, body, weight etc. out of it. It's disgusting that people find the need to call others ugly or comment on how they're too skinny/fat etc. If you can't watch a show where your not attracted to the actor/actresses, don't watch it. It really is that simple. No one's holding a gun to your head forcing you to watch it. There are plenty of dramas out there and plenty more coming out that will suit your aesthetics.
I think ep 2 answered that fairly well. He got very violent when she mentioned breaking up. He also knows where the she leaves, the code to her house, they're co-workers and I'm pretty sure he has access to her finances. All of these things make it pretty damn difficult. She's not financially secure enough to runaway (which she did contemplate and realised she's not financially secure) and I'm pretty sure she's fairly alone (no family or friends).
I usually pick up on red flag behavior but I didn't really sense anything big from this male lead character. Do…
It was a combination of things. Two things that stood out for me where when he purchased the apartment near the studio and the surprise wedding photoshoot. To me it didn't come off as romantic or sweet because I got the vibe that he was making decisions for her given how unbalanced their relationship with her being a diehard fan (I have beef with the writers about that) the age gap and the fact that she can't even win an argument against him. There were also little things throughout that he did that may seem as him being considerate and caring but they were very calculated and because he knew it would work out in his favour. All of this normally wouldn't be a big deal in most other shows I think but in this show in particular it feels like a pretty big issue.
Lol, I'm well aware I'm probably in the minority but this show has stuck with me and I've been looking past all of the fluffiness and picking up on certain things 😅
