The trust stems from 18 years of friendship and the fact that he (likely) takes care of the demon underworld affairs when she isn't around or when she doesn't want to. That being said, the reason he's around is because he's the big villian and for the final showdown between him and MZY

Why does everything SJ eat look questionable?

You want her to be with a man who disregards her wishes, hides things from her about things that directly concern her and undermines her authority? You don't have to like MZY but that doesn't mean she should be with WZS. Also, I don't see how WZ would see WZS as anything more than a friend.

I think you answered yourself but missed it all that same 😄 The guilt is important because it signals character growth. He was pretty ruthless at the start with the demons, then he started letting the minor demons go who hadn't really done any harm but he still had the goal to eliminate the demon world because in his mind its filled with evil demons doing horrible things. Feeling guilt is showing (to me at least) that he's staring to feel uncomfortable with his prejudice. It's going to help him question his goals and see that demons are not all bad.

I really enjoyed New Life Begins. She was great in it and the story was heart-warming and a fun watch

So far the story revolves around the demon world which ML cannot enter so it doesn't make sense from him to appear constantly. As the story picks up and it moves from the internal issuss of the demon market to start involving humans ML will get more and more involved and you'll get to see more of him.

The synopsis mentions the FL first so from that it's fairly obvious that she'll have more of a central role. That being said he'll start having more screentime I imagine as his character grows and more of his past gets revealed. It is likely that the investigation of his parents death will be given more towards the mid to later half and he'll probably get more screen time

A few steps away is still a few steps away. It is never okay for an adult to groom or have sex with a MINOR just because the MINOR is aware that they are being preyed upon. Even if the MINOR consents does not mean the adult individual is above reproach or consequence. The law exists for the adult not the child. The consequences are for the adult because they SHOULD KNOW BETTER. Let's not confuse the two. Whether she is aware or is okay with it should never be a question because the adult let it happen. She is a victim, maybe not the perfect victim like you seem to want, but a victim nonetheless. Impressionable boys and girls are victims of rape regardless of consent because consent does not exist for minors.

I doubt it. Remember NH character setup is that he's misunderstood by everyone around him. Also, the emperor was the one that started the hate train against NH. He accused him of killing the empress and allowed for others to mistreat him.
