Dropped. FL & SML were the WORSE. She could've avoided that man and just say NO to a lot of situations. Plus you hardly saw the ML in the show. I really didn't care for any of the couples.
Wow this didn't just have one but TWO love scenes. Those Sailor Moon sheets saw some thangs!!! Anyways, this was a super cute short series and maybe the only cdrama where I wanted her to be with both guys. The boss might have been a little bitch, but hey, he was still likable. I loved the chemistry between the Emperor and Fu Bao. Dawn Chen is just adorable.
If you've seen Antique Bakery or Antique, you'll know to not expect any BL from this. Although we all shipped Pastry Chef & The Boss in all of the versions. That being said, I loved the Korean version (where my obsession with Kim Jae Wook began) and this one kind of followed that storyline with a few changes, so this really wasn't anything new to me. I'm glad the bromance was strong in this one as well. Out of all the versions, Kim Jae Wook is still the better pastry chef. Sorry Singto. 7/10
Amazing story, cast and acting. I didn't cry, but I felt the emotions from the characters. Don't come here if you're purely looking for romance. You won't enjoy it then. It's about grief, friendship, surviving, overcoming tragedies and loving & appreciating the one life we are given.
LMAO!!!! This drama was a weird, hilarious & ridiculous mess, but I enjoyed every random minute of it. The last two episodes were the icing on the cake. They gave us the CRAZIEST plot twists and villains in those last two episodes and one of the villain's motives had me DYING with laughter. Also, Qian Cheng, if you're in a hurry to blow up something, DON'T SET THE TIMER FOR 2 MINS!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Guys just watch this to see Leo Yang in his sexy ass turtle necks and long jackets, to laugh at all the random scenes, to be introduced to the best male character of any series (William) and if you squint a little, two same sex relationships that nobody can change my mind of. If China wasn't so anal, William/Qian Cheng and Wei Lan/Wan Wan would've been the other two couples living happily together. This drama really lucked out with the casting. Everyone did a great job with their characters. The only downside is that they never told us if Xiao Yu was cured or if she's still dying. They just glossed over her in the end.
I honestly keep dropping this drama because I just find it so boring, but it keeps getting recommended to me. I'm at episode 6 and this will be the last time I pick it up. If I have to drop it one more time, I'm definitely done.
Damn, this drama sucked. I'm usually a sucker for youth dramas, but this one was an absolute mess. You can literally watch the 1st episode, then skip to the last 2 and you wouldn't miss a thing.
This was really good!! You learn a lot about Japanese folklore and urban legends. Only think I didn't like was that each case ended all "Scooby-Doo" like. That is, it was like "I would've gotten away with it, if it wasn't for your walking lie detector. " I wanted one of the cases to at least have a supernatural aspect to it, but I enjoyed how they incorporated the legends into the cases. I also felt like I've seen an anime like this before.
Caught up at episode 22 now and wow, not the writers saying, "Okay, I think ya'll have had enough of Leo Yang." 😒 Also, I feel like I missed something where Qian Cheng relapsed. I thought he was doing better. Then all of a sudden he had a convo with his girl and became broken, killing dogs and beating up people??! I was thinking he took the drug or something. But we can all agree that William is the best character on this show.
