That's a good idea, especially since Malaysia is under lockdown again gosh. Disney+ has begun offering its services here too so that's another option for more content. I guess staying stuck at home isn't so bad after all lol.

Oh yes, Shadow and Bone. I was about to start it a couple of weeks ago until someone on MDL told me that it ends in a cliffhanger and that s2 would be out either year end or early next year. But thanks for the heads up, I'm attracted to those kinds of shows too :)

Totally understand and I agree, lately what's up with the mediocre offerings too! I can't believe it! I was just chatting with @sony_t earlier about going back to older productions I had missed out on because there's more quality then.

I was also talking to @skibbies about the CCP's 100th anniversary-themed dramas. I discovered one that's pretty good so far. Still ongoing but released slowly on YT but the raw is released faster. Featuring a huge renowned cast and anthology of many short stories, about 30 mins per episode. Perhaps that would be easier on your busy schedule to try out.

I dropped this after less than 10 eps so I'm amazed you persevered through. I wish Zhu Xudan would get better roles in the future. So many female characters have been let down of late :/

Hopefully you'll be able to complete some from your on-hold list. You're right about J-dramas, they're shorter. Taiwanese dramas are relatively shorter as well, so you could try those since you're hooked on them after completing Mars :)

You're very welcome and don't worry about it, all viewers appreciate different facets of productions and it's only fair that not everything works for everyone. Hopefully you'll come across a production that you really like. Speaking of Young Blood, I really do hope the second season gets produced soon because it's been a while since season 1 ended.
