Sorry for suddenly jumping-in to your discussion again. As I wrote in my comment before, you couldn't based your timeline about reunion drama from tots drama. Bcs, tots drama is really different from the novel.

Reunion drama is based on the novel timeline. If you insisted to base your timeline from tots drama, it will be really confusing. It'll be better if you think tots drama has a different universe, like time raider movie.

In my opinion, it's better to base the series to novel timeline, bcs each TLT drama adaption has a different production team. So they won't care about the previous adaptation.

I think so too. Tots eps. 52 came from no where. Maybe they just want to give "an ending" for LC bcs the novel ended abruptly.

I don't know if you read the novel or not but tots drama and novel have a different ending. The ending scene (when WX and PZ on Pan Zi's tomb) on the drama is the 1st chapter of the other side story novel called Ten Years Later. In this novel, WX and PZ went to pick up XG bcs he already finished guarding the bronze gate.

In tots novel, there was no scene Li Chu fought with Liu Sang and then Liu Sang died (and if I'm not mistaken there is no Liu Sang in the novel). Even there was no scene WX saved LC either. After LC sent a message to WX, he was missing, and that's it. After that the story back to WX and his war with Wang Family, and they didn't mentioned LC anymore.

So if you said tots is after reunion, it doesn't make sense. Bcs in reunion, XG already finished his "job". They didn't include the scene when WX and PZ talked about they picked-up XG on reunion last eps., but you could see it in the bts clip.

Last, I want to say that they made this drama based on the novel not on the previous series. So, it's a little bit confusing bcs there would be some differences between the drama and the novel.

I know bcs I'm Xiao Ge's fan (and Junjie's fan too). So I want to see his scenes. But, this drama is an adaptation. It's not the production team or the side characters's mistake that XG has a little screen time. We want to see a lot of XG's scene but nanpai sanshu didn't write the story like that.

No, his scar wasn't from the season 1. I haven't read any DMBJ's side story, so I'm not sure, but like biao said from some discussion, he got it from his journey in shahai or tomb in the sea (I watched the drama but i don't remember about this scene)

Xiao Bai is a good character bcs she really loves Wu Xie. But, I don't think they'll become couple, bcs in the end, Ah Ning is someone special for Wu Xie when Xiao Bai is more like his sister.

I don't know why people complain about XG's screen time in this adaptation/Reboot while his screen time in TLT 2 wasn't much either. He was missing for almost half of TLT 2.
