In my opinion, Sebrina Chen is indeed a little bit androgynous. Maybe bcs of this, in some of her past dramas, she disguised as a boy (My Unicorn Girl, Maiden Holmes)

I mean the screenwriter, Wang Juan, not the novel. She did a great job on Joy of Life's adaptation.

I'm not that stupid to compare the novel. They are very different. Both my fav though.

I have a high expectation for this drama bcs the writer is the same one with Joy of Life, and Douluo Talu is a great novel.
But, I must say this time it's terrible.

For anyone who want to watch this drama, it's better to not read the novel first.

There is no need to compare them. The only same thing from them is their theme (BL, xianxia). The story, the characters, the background are so different.

Actually, there's romance. Even though they change the theme to bromance, it's still adapted from BL novel. This drama, basically, about Chang Geng and his feeling to Gu Yun, and everything that he did to have a good life with Gu Yun.

I still think it's just a rumor. So far, there is still no news I could found about it that confirmed it's official. Big acct in twitter and weibo haven't post anything about it again after the 1st time the rumor came out.

The source is from the forum which usually writes about fake rumours. and I don't think they will ban it. How can they measure a bromance, and there are still some bromance dramas that still in shooting process and casting. If it is true, they'll stop all their process.

After I finished the drama, I must say this adaptation done a great job to cover 3 volumes. The Iron Triangle's cast gave another great chemistry (still don't like A Ning and Xiu Xiu's actress), and bcs it covered 3 volumes, the story didn't feel draggy.
