She got stabbed. She got a phone call from the maid because the maid said something about the twins then she go back to the Penthouse and when she enters dan tae's study she got stabbed. Not really sure if its yoon hee who stab her but yoon hee is there. A lot of clips are already in twitter you can watch it there.
