She actually woke up from a coma in Joseon with recollection from her present life with Se gye. I was confused because while she was with CSG, she couldn't stop thinking about the Grand prince and how lonely he must have been. It was also part of the reason she made a promise to him to never leave him lonely. I was so scared then because this eps they kept focusing on that ill-omen star. And she now knows grand prince's feelings. If we go by logic that this is just history repeating itself, the grand prince must rightfully be King for CSG to be the chairman in present day. and I feel like SSR will help him with that. Otherwise CSG in present day will again be framed and deceived like how his past self did and lose everything in exile. I am not sure if that make any sense. This is rom-com so SSR will come back for sure and we will have a happy ending.
