The surgical instruments are real, hospital is real, and the conduct is real. don't bother by the caps (bandana) of fellow surgeons are normal as in CN it is a norm.

I don't know if a 20 episodic journey is worth it or not but for now it is one of the best drama out there, and haters will always hate, as they need something to hate so they can live another day hating something based on personal raesons.

HP is one of the most realistic drama series from any country around the globe, and professional doctors have admitted that Hospital Playlist gets as close as it can to reality. So I am not sure if there is any drama that can pass, the most realistic-fake medical drama.

and i give example of that drama because evil people truly got what they deserved unlike all other series where evil are never truly punished.
