This is one of the best historical-fantasy series, I am not a fan of wuxia or historical series, no matter how good they are, but I am kind of sucker for Lee Jae Wook plus I was waiting for JSM new work.

The only thing I felt that the beginning of series didn’t really gel well with present. I still don’t know if the king and mage switched bodies or not, or how mage’s wife dies giving birth to LJW.
Other than that, it is perfection. I love master-pupil arc, as he falls in love with her, and her falling in with him, I am so looking forwards to it.
my pungent voice baby is back. Of all the Bls this takes the cake as well. if not no 1 but this is one of best opening of series and YINWAR acting is always at top.

My JW is a loyal man. After watching 5/6 episode, how difficult it has been for him.
But this is one of very few series, where you can’t hate the other person, as JS did his best for JW.
It just JW had his own problems, that led him to this point, I like the fact they didn’t made JS a typical person who treats his love casually, he was attentive, and being a celebrity, he did his best to reach out to JW.
But if JW still felt loneliness, then it was never JS problem, or neither it was JW’s fault.
As I said way earlier, that if you are unhappy inside, no matter how much the other person loves you, you can’t be happy.
JW need to work on it, and that’s why he separated from him, because he never wanted his own unhappiness to affect JS, and that was his only mistake, deciding for JS thinking it would be best.
Gosh, I trust JW, he needed a closure, and 6th episode just did that, although we were left on a cliffhanger, but I know in my heart, JW finally said peace with SY, and before giving her answer to the last question she asked, SJ left thinking something unbearable, which as classic as it could get, but JW will answer opposite.
JW acknowledges JS efforts, and from next episode, it will be him realizing that he can’t live without him when he will truly feel loneliness, without him.
For 1 year, JW couldn’t realized because in his subconsciousness he knew JS would come looking for him, but now JS is finally saying goodbye, he will know what truly he lost.
In last 4 episodes, I truly hope to see the fluffy moment, and not just last episode or few minutes.
what sets it apart is the cell, they are the driving force of Yumi, and it is so well done, that I can't express my feelings. Super, duper and class writing.
Babi's tongue cell was female, and Yumi's tongue cell was male. Lol. Genius thinking there.
I had to stop and come here to say, Build acting is the best in the series followed by Tong.
The scene, where Pete is telling him that it is actually their fathers who suck, and that saying imprinted on Vegas heart, because it made him realise something, and the expression of acceptance and then rejecting in name of pride that he could be wrong, and coming such words from a person he has been tormenting, love started there.
Loved Vegas acting, natural, simple and conveying.

Oy My Master, L.U.C.A.: The Beginning, To All The Guys Who Loved Me and this series is among one of the worst Korean series recently made.
