I am really looking forward to it. The series as I said, is shedding light on issues, and after watching 2 episodes, I do have moments, when I wanted to slap people.
I actually had in mind way earlier than this series, how actors are exploited, and how cruel sponsors and agencies rules are.
But it is not BL industry, it is in general, who knows how many actors are forced to do things they did for the sake of their careers, ended up dying or killing their souls.
I am really hoping through this, fans understand that the couple they see on TV are not real life couple and should lower theirs "ships", I have always wondered, while promoting, having fans meeting how tough or hard it is for those actors.
As a viewer and fan, we too are responsible for miseries that loop around, and not just BL industry.
I like the first 2 episodes, I mean it is short, really really short. But it has a subtlety to it. And it explores the issue it says. But do not hope much, as it is plain series with round about 4.5-hours of watch in total. The series, is not here to solve the issue, rather shows you what goes on behind it. It is not too dark, but it sheds the light on issue they are saying in promos and press releases.
The correct release info of episodes are:

Seriously sometimes MDL is a real headache for these issue. They simply can't be fixed.
Thank you for this very nice summary on Navillera!! It is a great drama, a very good slice-of-life story that…
Before writing a part that "choked" you, I searched for it everywhere, and his article with Forbes and other major outlets, he clearly said he learned it for 6-7 months. He could have mentioned they used body double for difficult scenes, but he didn't, so assuming good faith, I believe him.
No reason to lie, as everyone know, no one can learn ballet in 6 months. Also, his moves are not great, but he is still pulling off as an actor, as he has to act on "ballet", not actually doing it.
I wish they could release an official statement clarifying it. Regarding editors thing, it is not an encyclopedia where where facts are scrutinize over their truth. I try to present my articles based on information out there, and assuming good faith. Plus, it has contributors own feelings attached to it.

no one seem to understand what I am asking. If 2 episode are aired together on Viki, then it should be 10 episodes, instead of 20. It should be simple as that.

I am confused as hell, on Viki each episode is 48 minutes, which like 2 ep together. So technically it should end after 10 episode? Or are you saying we have, 20 episodes of 48 minutes each?
The overreactions here are pretty funny. No, the screenwriter won't be winning a Pulitzer anytime soon. And the…
"Your fashionable cynicism isn't insightful. It's boring and misplaced." - Love that, I always tell people when watching a content that is hard to make and not marginalised, lower your expectation and appreciate what is being done.
The expectations here are like, they want Ryan Murphy as a writer and director and everyone is a living rottentomatoes and metacritic.
Gene, has to bear the consequences of Aoey, A BIT. As he is the one who mislead Aoey, even though Aoey knew that Gene likes Sib and he doesn't wanted Gene to say it out loud. But what Gene did, gives him more reason to overpower. So I can bear Aoey for 1 or 2 scenes but no more than that.
Even the person who is in love with Aoey, is afraid that he might harm Gene, so it is fine to say that Aoey is mentally unstable, because of his father homophobic nature and family's lack of support.
I didn't read the novel, but if he litters, it should resolve soon, as Sib will always come to rescue, and will never let anyone hurt Gene.
Regarding flashback of their past, it is really up-to people how they think, and on what scales they want to judge to their relationship when they were child.
What happened to their fu*king heights. Flashbacks really had me in distress you know, the height difference was seriously kind of weird. I don't know how to put in words.
My opinion wont matter but im just gonna say this ...The dramas has moments that makes u feel like ur brain shuts…
Also, in Chinese drama, ML or FL always act according to the logic they present. Like one moment, they are training, and next moment the actual incident happens and the leads needs to prove they are up for task, like viewer can literally guess, this is going to happen.
The medical drama specially in C-Land are annoying, and I am not saying they don't know anything, but they are so crammed and doesn't look natural, and I am not even talking about the surgeries and stuff, but like FL/ML is always put into a position where they have to prove that they know, and as a viewer, it doesn't even look natural. It's like they are being forced to tell viewers that they are capable doctors. And a SWAT team member has too much time on his hands btw to linger around a girl, who works in an emergency of this big hospital. I am not being cynical, but it's the same pattern in every drama.
I am not blaming production, it's a rule set by Chinese media, like marriage should be a part of show, no over sexualize scenes, no kiss in schools dramas, and thats all fine, but no drama is out of box, they are contained in same pattern.
In those defined rules, very few dramas are there that really melt your heart and actually has a quality over quantity.
Drama like You Are My Hero, are nothing exceptional but they are extremely ordinary, but they are not unlikable, they will always gel with people.

I am fine NDS taking the girl as I am a fan of NJK, but I am also fan of KSH long before this aired, what should I do?
