It is motivated by Incheon Elementary School Murder case in 2017.
The brutal murder of a 8-years old girl by two accomplice who dismembered her body. While on a trial, the defendants exhibit extraordinary cold behaviour when upon asked by victim's mother, "what is the hardest thing for them now", the defendant said, "it is spring, and he is unable to see cherry blossom." Based on this answer, it sent shockwaves in the room, that defendant has no guilt and realization what they have done.
Writer, wrote the story in this backdrop, that psychopaths only believe what they have done is right, and the biggest punishment for them is to be realisation of their crimes .
So this drama, even though depict psychopaths and their persistent antisocial behavior, impaired empathy and remorse, and bold, disinhibited, and egotistical traits, write wants to show the audience that they will feel pain and remose to their crimes.
They will grow closer, Nibsib is clearly in love since beginning. Gene will realise it soon, but because of ongoing series and to avoid any scandals, they will breakup. Plus, Oy seems to like Nubsib and Say clearly likes Oy.
Oy will create problem for Gene and Nubsib and create rumors for them. The second half is going to be super messy, and we will have only 1 episode where things will be resolved.
First: I am never shipping SO and KJ, even if writer say they were meant to. I actually want her to find a new person. If SO was true since beginning his fate wouldn't have come to this. Shippers or no-shippers, have to agree that what SO did he shouldn't have done. No matter how small the "crime" was.
Second: They are making SO miserable to make us viewers pitiful as well, which is like worse kind of torture.
Third: Support SK drama N. He is an exceptional talent.
I remember, Robert Pattinson, whole world thought that he is just a white pale vampire meant to be with Bella. But he came out like a force to be reckon with. His exceptional talent overshadowed his past role, and he made people forget. TL was a stepping stone for Pattinson and he went on to become critics best actor all over world.
It is same for SK, LA is just a stepping stone that he needed to move forward, my god, that man has a talent for acting.
Support Navillera, it is a unique story that needs everybody attention.
This drama is not dark, it is filled with pain and waiting. Two things the hardest for human beings.
I found this creation to be very melancholy - an old man trying to find his own pain, setting free the trapped souls. I wish I could do such thing if that exist in real life. I am glad, he played a positive role, I have always seen him playing negative roles.
Those who didn't like this series, it is completely up to them, as it is not something super secretive. It is a beautiful upgrade work of Hotel Del Luna, with realistic elements.
BRN is pretty much alive, and we all know who was in hospital room, given the dress similar to a person who appeared in last episode.
HC is freaking bastard as ever, he betrayed OYH for money earlier, but this time he did to save his daughter. But he don't know whats coming, given the truth about BRN's dad (theory but 100% true).
OYH is going to spare no one, but we all know, she will not be able to do nothing, given what happened in season 1, and there is season 3 for another torture.
This season is a fall SJ, either she goes to mental hospital or will end-up dead.
JDT business will fall, and he will be on run and will be punished in next season.
Seeing preview, SH is luring EB to confess her crime, but he will fail like epic, as he is one hell of a weak person.
SK is just like a little bitch who whines, shouts and doesn't stop. Someone put a sorry end to excuse for brother-sister duo.
I fear just like Black had one of best initial episodes, but it became flat by the time last episode aired, it is going to be the same for Mouse as well.
Writer has this habit of creating web of lies and instead solving those lies, she change the direction of story at the end which kills the mood of it. I am 50% sure she is going to do the same with this one as well.
And truely speaking, it did not deserve 20 long episodes with film run time. A 20 episodic script fits best in 16/32 episodes format. Thats I have learned after watching Korean dramas. And 16 episodic script should sum up in 12/24 episodes.
