The wardrobe of Im Shi Wan, is one hell of beautiful. The clothing artist, choose excellent clothes and colors for him to wear. The old and new touch on clothes are unique. The slight bell bottom pants, long neck shirts, outwards sweaters, long folded sleeves, bright colors, plus the tracking suits, all of the suits he is wearing is extremely gorgeous.
I agree so much with this tweet!https://twitter.com/thewarmdemon/status/1346844121307074562?s=20
JTBC dramas, are like that, they don't have unnecessary evil exes, and shit-loads of love triangles. Instead, they deals with factors of society, cultures, and taboos to create conflicts and use same factors to solve them as well.
Out of curiosity, I'm really wondering why KSG's ears were so red when he was tending over sick Mijoo? lol it…
Ears being red, is not only because of temperature rise, but emotional reactions also results in over flow of blood in certain areas, opening your vessels wider. So, even for an actor while acting, they have to bring emotions, to show the warmth they are trying to show through their characters, and acting is real ironic, isn't it. Their emotions are real, it just for a character though.
Also, not only his ears were red, but his eyes were showing the pain, love and empathy for the person lying in pain in front of him.
The scene was most authentic as it could be, though I am not sure if it best, coz I am have seen greater. For example, in "Something In the Rain", when a boy listens to the voice note of her female, his reaction was the most realistic I have ever seen. Jung Hae-in, truly is one of the best actors.
***I AM STRONGLY AGAINST INFIDELITY IN A SALVAGEABLE MARRIAGE OR ELSE***
I get it now why people don't like this story but if you look at the perspectives of those characters who are burning in their agonies, it is completely understandable and humanable act of mistake.
This series was breathtakingly beautiful, those making mistakes, they weren't bold or proud, doing what they were't supposed to but their hearts were broken beyond repair and could only be healed by the silence of those who made them beat again.
I totally get it, infidelity is a final nail in coffin, for a person like me at least, in a relationship. But a marriage like shown in series, are worse than infidelity, when you have to force yourself to be with someone, it is never going to work. You just fell out of love. And you cannot go back, without starting afresh, be it with the same person or different.
And not so cheating parties were absolutely piece of garbage, forcing them to be in love.
But they still made a mistake.
And the series said itself, "we, who choose the long path of hardships for a moment of happiness, are fools".
Kim Rae Won, is still going strong and strong... in every role he has given his best, he is not one of your dolled up idol actor (no offense), his whole career is one heck of a roller coster ride of success.
This is a simple story with all the typical subjects and that is the reason it is likeable, loveable and watchable - JTBC dramas are free from evil exes, love triangles, and vicious planning and plotting against leads, instead they add human and society complexities to raise tensions among stories and characters and use same factors to resolve them as well.
You said it. She wasn't apologetic till the end. I was hoping for her to come to senses. But no... but she was a gem of a person in sister series, One Spring Night.
The fact that the writer had the courage to write a gay character and producers asked one of the best actors to play the role and he accepted it graciously, and then they had the audacity of making that character stereotypical and sufferable, I don't have much to complain to be honest.
It just my heart sank, every time Loony had scenes, rich parents, broken personality, loveless life, they only person he loved, couldn't properly returned the favor, but when that person finally came for my Loony, they had to give them such a trash ending. I was appalled. Like appalled.
Korean audience, yearn for BL/LGBTQ+ content and yet primetime television is reluctant to make such stories. I wish there would be a tv series, that deals with such stories, like any normal straight story, but I know this will never happen. NOT IN MY LIFETIME.
And whatsup with the GAY CHARACTER tag, someone actually thinks it is a spoiler? It is a blatant disgrace to the storyline not to add this tag.
I am on episode 6 and I find it difficult to watch the other episodes. Is it really worth watching?
Yes absolutely. Please have an open mind, it isn't your usual love story - this drama, and coming from a person who have seen a lot - is one of the greatest television series of from any country.
English shows ends with cliffhinger but this show is going to end, as if nothing happened in 20 episodes, so just they could give us 2nd season.
We can bear 3 season, but this kind of atrocity, no we will not torment ourselves for 20 more episodes, and then wait again for 3rd season for the shit to continue.
Even if it's a makjang, but does that even make sense, at least serve the justice for the the victims of first series and then continue if you have to.
Literally the number one most incredible drama I've ever seen. I have never watched a drama that ticked every…
Well after MDL rating sweep, this is now one of the highest rated drama, that maintained its rating without any lobbying. So this makes it 10/10 already.
This show clearly maintained its ratings, even after the MDL rating sweep and that proves, real users voted for it and it is one of very few show on MDL with 9.1 ratings now, after their algorithm changes.
Is this entire show funny like this clip: ???https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GTHI1zI4YIIf it is I might actually…
Yes show is funny (initial episodes) and dark at the same time, as it supposed to be, because it is loosely based on real figures, with whom history didn't end well.
The first p.s is your assumption and not to give away any spoiler, is actually nothing like that. Please watch it and then made your assumption.
Does anyone know they release the official music videos of this drama's OST or not? I can't find them. Please…
VM is never released and its very rare. Only OST is released in parts. Three parts of OST have been released, total 3 songs and their instrumental versions, you can find them on Spotify (if it available in your region) or you can go to "melon . com" for OST release every week.
Well, SC was dark enough so I assume this is on a different level. I get anxious a lot if the series has a story…
But SC was mature content. PH, is like pure kind of makjang, with yelling everywhere, sharp-makeups, plot twists, slapping shit and kitty-party useless women and men.
