This is a romcom series. If you want sex on first episode and hyper-realism, this is not for you.

The difference is that MOD was made when this kind of bl stories weren't popular in Thailand.
At that time everyone wanted cute stories. So, MOD didn't have other standards to compare itself to, nor did they have too much of a budget compared to the regular bls.
You can see the difference with Triage, which was produced later and looks more polished and better funded (both stories from TvThunder and the same author).

This series is like reading a yaoi manga from the 2000. The plot is outdated, cliche, typical fujoshi trope. This type of show comes a little too late.

It's a crime investigation series, so you need to pay attention to what happens in each episode or you will lose important clues. After Episode 9, one can guess what is about to happen but still it's very exciting.

I agree. If I see a kid playing a doctor's role I can't take the series seriously. 24 is barely out of university. In no way he can play the role of a "well-known surgeon".
