As I think about this I am getting more excited period. This would resolve 2 themes .HN Would be grandmother's descendant Making her and her parents very important in the family and putting other people's noses out of joint. And there would be no obstacles to the young couple's relationship, If we care about that. And SJ would have had an opportunity to be a member of the family if she had stayed in a Relationship with Asshole.

If members are enjoying Grandmother, I would suggest watching Thank You with Gong HYe Jin and Jang Hyuk and Shin Roc where the same actress plays a somewhat similar role with an interestingly written redemption arc.

I can forgive a lot in dramas but in which world can a supposed father fill out a piece of paper and declare he has the right to a child. I am sure S Korea has better family law than that. It makes the writers seem stupid since JH is a smart man who can broker mega deals and would not put himself in the position of being accused of kidnapping. This is so inconsistent with what we know of his cold scheming personality or is revenge and male ego making him that stupid?. What a waste of screen time! This episode was one of the best in awhile though.

I have been for the most part enjoying this show up till now. The lack of movement on any of the main lot lines is frustrating. I found episode 40 so sappy and unrealistic. Boring except for the grandmother who look like she was laughing during the emotional family hug scene. I have been counting on the show recovering but I'm not so sure anymore

It gives me context when I see a couple are having sex and I really do not know that these two are. Makes for a pretty weird relationship

I just rewatched lie after lie and the chair women's house I think is the same as the house in this drama. Trees by the side of the steps are pretty distinctive

At one point it looked to me like the actress who plays the grandmother was starting to laugh at the hysterics in this scene

I am disappointed-actually bored. The thailand tour was pretty but not much plot development. I had stopped once and now I think I will stop again and find something else to watch.

i AM SUSPICIOUS AND ALMOST DO NOt WANT TO WRITE THIS BUT DID JH take advantage in some way of YD sexually- perhaps not practicing the agreed upon birth control plans(if they were agreed upon) or being aggressive to get to home base. or knowingly having intercourse with her when she was drunk knowing she had not agreed. I wonder if the show will go there-they already have enough to contend with. It is of note that Granny commented on YD's poor judgement in having asshole as her boyfriend. I hope the writers do address this somewhat.

To me that whole twin sequence was a dead giveaway unless the writers are having problems with foreshadowing because they do not know where they are going. Maybe not twins but related in some way. They are similar in size and build.

When I watched the subbed version after watching the raw version I became concerned that Junha might try to take the female lead and her baby to the United States which he had threatened earlier. They would not have the right paperwork though for customs. I would hope. I know when we traveled when our babies were young they wanted to make sure we were married and that we had the birth certificates.
