I think line delivery is important and I don't think just anyone can do it and also he doesn't have enough experience to dub his own voice. The production team made a good choice to have a professional dub him. Poor voice acting can be distracting and cause fans to not be able to get into the character. Backlash by Chinese fans for poor dubbing in not a good idea.
