I'm at 1/2 of it... It's starting to look like they should literally put written explanation under the scenes in this drama. I REALLY don't get any of this. LOL I'm sorry but ML does look like he's just pulling FL's leg & making fun of her. I don't know whether it's the script or the acting. I just know it's not working. I even think that FL should go for the slightly boring lawyer, instead. At least Lee Jung Shin is really hot. Though I admit it's hard to notice in this drama. They did some unflattering hair & makeup.
FL and ML actually get together quite early. Then it's getting repetitive with ML's "fateful women" who show up with their drama (which usually takes up whole episode). First it's his "sister", then his estranged mother, then his ex..... Currently I'm at episode 8, getting also generally bored. They're not very compatible couple, he's a bit old for her, often shown smoking and looking bit tired with her constant skipping around. Him being deaf was source of enough drama but it can't suffice for ever at this stage they're together it hardly matters and I don't care at all. I considered dropping the show but people say that she'll sleep with someone else and he'll slap her. So, I continued with epi 9 hoping that will happen soon, and perhaps break the boredom for me...
EPISODE 3 I really don't get why is Akiha so curious. In her place, I wouldn't want to know about his pitiful story with his sister-in-law... Most important thing is she got her huge loan interest free and was able to save her grandmother. Rest is his problem. And that pet shop "friend" who is a complete stranger and suddenly stucks to her like a glue looks like typical writer's construct, that boy does not gel organically. Actually Akiha's boss is quite likeable, he has the right age & personality, pitty he's taken he'd be perfect for her. Her cold-shoulder fake hubby, not so much. I checked the Tags, there IS "Female Chases Male First", looks like we won't be spared of watching her running after him like a beggar. If they're the endgame couple, let it at least come from him. Even still, when I watch these kind of stories where ML loves someone very much for a very long time, then suddenly starts loving someone else (even if that someone is FL), I tend to prefer that he would stick with his first love. I don't buy her being suddenly "in love" with him, either. And after listening to that vague past story? Nothing was explained. That girl became friend of the family, she got close with them all, if anything then with him in particular. Suddenly she marries the other brother. Huge chunk was missing in that story, or it's "adapted from a manga", then I have NO further questions for it, LOL.
I was like: Oops. Let's hope Philippines or Turkey don't do their remake, too. Then I was like: OMG, Philippines did... China did... Goodness gracious. Okay, let's hope Turkey and Indonesia don't plan their remake, too.

Many viewers complained that ML cannot act, what did you people expect it's Bomb Tanin, lol. At least he regularly shaved for this role. Wore dark clothes. It was great improvement for him:-) I found him funny. It was not boring, thanks to him. Either way, you have Not Vorarit here for good looks and good acting. Worse thing was that FL was supposed to be extremely smart. She was actually quite dumb and annoying. The most smart thing about her was how everyone talked at length about how smart she was. I waited for her to do something really impressive, which would justify the plot, make the story more satisfying. I waited in vain. Even if she manages to achieve marvellous results couple of times, the way we see her do it is not convincing (perhaps the writer did not have any smart ideas, either). I WANTED to see her as smart, or at least not silly, that way it would be more enjoyable for me as a viewer. In the end, she was worse than the pretty sister because she was the loud type. And those are rarely smart, I'm afraid. I liked Little Lottie's summary (5 comments below mine, don't worry about the spoiler): it's quite accurate. It was not even enough romantically satisfying, for 16 hour and fifty long episodes. Certainly enough time. There were PARTS of it good. Various parts, in various ways. Not the way it would make a good central story. In context with other thai production, it was not the worst. 7 out of 10.
I just checked the guy's age. He's 21? He looks way older. Must be the "uncle" haircut, glasses, clothes... She is 27, not 32 (the actress). Wow, I totally bought her as the nerd and was surprised that she's not just a simple shy glasses girl. I've never heard of AKB48, I only checked out the actress' bio during the 2nd epi:-) I'm afraid I liked it better when she was just a simple girl. For me the story was like, the plain guy never really met attractive girl who'd be interested in him. In the end he did, but she looked like a nerd:-) Yet she had charms, like nice cleavage:-) Now, the dynamics changed. And I'm not sure. I still think her looks are pretty avegare, ha ha. She was nice for an unstylish nerd, but now that I know she is a "member of idol group" it looks to me like anyone can be "idol", lol. Either way in my eyes, the guy is really not a looker (it's not the glasses) so she still is good enough for him lol. LOL at him joining the shogi club... Don't know what that game is, but it looks super boring:-D When the situation was that the girl offered him to ask anything from her and he chose that she will teach him IT, I was SO disappointed, lol.
Dropped at 7/8 (speaks about the "drama" best, I think). I caught myself looking outside the screen. Don't know whether Kiss & Run Boy and Stalk & Hire Boy stayed together or not..... Don't care.
EPISODE 2 She's not a skilled liar! Good lying is always PASSIVE, just let others fill in the blanks, she actively runs her mouth land lets herself get carried away so easily. The other people can really do most of the work for you, but you can't get scared/excited to make these very basic mistakes:-) The guy is paying her millions to be the liar. She should at least try to do a better job. But, looks like the script will continue with these mistakes to be creating a "drama"..... Him being so angry that he left the dinner was actually alright, though. Quite believable and common for a married couple;-) All in all, I'm kinda losing my hots for Sakaguchi Kentaro in this, he does not have much appeal playing this role, maybe she's starting to like him, but I don't... So, the cat that looks like it's dead most of the time (good creative decision to make it sick, lol) seems to be the show stealer, here LMAO
