Yeah? Never heard it from a DOCTOR. Therefore, I might not be the only one, and I stand by that the early episodes of this drama might confuse some viewers. That's all.
The only good reason to watch the movie instead of the drama was in the case of 'Where Your Eyes Linger', where they blissfully ommited all the inner monologues (and actually put some soundtrack music instead). So, unless this is the same case, I'll rather watch the drama.

I think this is more than what's your "favorite" drama, it's what drama would definitely have to be safely stored on your device, if the internet was busted? For you to not commit suicide:-) I really find it hard to believe that if something like THAT happened, then people would be watching 'Hospital Playlist', 'Healer', 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha', 'Search:WWW', or 'Run On'.
