Ugh... School collectives. If school teaches us something then it's that solitary life is soooo peaceful. Anyways, the girl is pretty attractive (the boys are... er, alright I guess) so that's the added value to get you through the show, which concentrates on friendship & budding romance, while the lead girl's family story is cruel, too cruel, but that's put aside. Instead, she sings 'Ave Maria' in some weird german-gibberish, gets with the boy, and that's it.
Dropped after 1st epi... FL is pretty, by the way she looks SO european I don't believe she's chinese (those eyes! or have the surgeries progressed THAT much??), and she is chasing after a guy, whose haircut, I think by the end of the episode I managed to decode is, actually a WOMEN'S SHORT haircut, that kind when women want completely short hair, you can notice the very bottom hair have darker colour than the bob over them so he's got DYED hair actually UgHH... Enuff' said. But actually they ALL shave their hair above the ears, while leaving the very top overly long... No male in China has a decent haircut, certainly not those on dramas.. So, the 2ML looks like he wanted to do a punk haircut but then changed his mind... Still, ML plays some kind of cold man/warm woman cr*p on the girl so she's forced to chase after him, despite that 1 look at his gay hairstyle and gay t-shirts tells you he's more into guys, probably... So, I think she should go for the 2ML. He is more fun. He didn't look bad in the shower. He is generally less repulsive than ML. All she needs to do is take scissors and cut that stupid ponytail off... Still, I'm droping this I have no one to really ship
Just watched 1st episode of 'Art in Love' and she looks REALLY european. Those eyes! I DON'T believe she's chinese, now. Or did the surgeries really progressed THAT much
The guy is like 47 in this. Why does he have to have half of his head almost skinhead shaven, like he was going for punk haircut and then changed his mind? Oh, because it's China.
Anyone having a DIRECT link on subs for this season (without me joining some twitter/discord/whatever) can please reply me, be it here, or by Messages. You know, I would be happy with any language subs as long as they were soft subs so that I could at least run them through google translate.
"Friends" With No Benefits Yet another "amazing" story: makes no sense from ANY angle Why does Every Single Weirdo Who Can Draw Can Draw A Manga Nowadays result in "dramas" like these (for example, most of this drama's "Recommendations")? By the way, in episode 4, it still looked like kissing was banned from this drama (especially unnatural during the bedscenes, where they just stare at each other real awkward:) Was this done during coronavirus?? Or was it the problem with the main actress. The actor kisses secondary actress episode 5... The lead actress has the same facial expression in every almost kiss scene/bed scene, with both the guys, by the way.
At first, I was thrilled the show had continuation, but after watching the second season, I'd say better just scratch it all and try again from the s01 end. Even the opening is no longer doing it for me (the previous one was more wild & funny) and I skip it. The previous season annoying side-characters we thought we got well rid off all came back and some even had an episode from their point of view. The only couple we wished to happen kinda lost their spark. So, the only thing missing in season 1, season 2 still have not delivered, moreover it seemed to extend the theme of really nice and attractive people who cannot get a decent relationship for their dear life (I'm looking at both you Momoe, and you Hayashi). Come to think of it, all standard dramas have a center character who might not have the best looks or best personality, yet suitors keep lining up for them as a reversed/harem. This must be the reversed approach. So when the asexual girl and whether she will post or not post her gay manga or marry one of her gay inspirations was left as the biggest excitement in this, I realized the second season of this show really went downhill.
25-year old actress portrays sexy, spunky 27-year old, who is surprisingly still a virgin. Bit hard to believe, but acceptable. An actor who is 33 and it shows, potrays as 27-year old MALE virgin. Ahem. *Cough Cough* Er... Uh.
Episode 1: Oh, well... Tons of stupid manga keeps getting adapted... What else is new. Episode 3: Am I the only one who just feels, that: This is all so weird. I just feel like I keep watching the same weirdo from 'Coffee & Vanilla'/'Love Is Phantom'/'Rinko-san Wants To Try'/'XY Manga adaptation' who turns up out of the blue and madly loves the main girl and there's loads of kiss and bedscene but somehow it's not really exciting and we wait for him to get revealed as a serial killer or something or at least some big secret but we never like, get to watch that part. First of these "dramas", I dropped after seeing like 3/4 of it, now I feel like dropping it after 1-3 episodes. By the way, 'Chijo no Kiss', 'Itazura Na Kiss', 'Todome No Kiss'... Don't japanese have their own word for kiss?
Me looking at this drama's poster: Change your haircut CHANGE YOUR HAIRCUT!!! CHANGE YOUR HAIRCUT !!! Seriously, if a GIRL wanted to go for short hair, she could have this IDENTICAL haircut. That's why it looks so off-putting. Okay, watching Episode 1, I want ALL the males to change their haircut. Seriously, I can't concentrate on the drama. At least, make it a BL or something.... This is unwatchable. DROPPED.
Ohmigawsh! There's so much kissing between the leads. It's literally in the synopsis and first episode, but there's…
The synopsis really confused me and the only thing I got from it that in this drama, there was kissing LOL During the years of watching dramas, I ALWAYS wanted more kissing in j-dramas BUT, I did not want all those kissing crammed into 1 short-runtime j-drama LOL
