probably it was lost in translation but I'm confused why Kawi keeps telling Pisaeng to be "honest with his feelings before he hurts people" when he obviously knows that Pisaeng is into him but doesn't show it. probably Kawi himself wants Pisaeng, but when they are in *that moment* he gets scared shitless

I wondered about that as well. GMMTV BLs tend to do very well in other Asian countries but outside Thailand, BMF is not making much noise. it's either (1) they haven't gotten over the odd pairing choice or (2) they still hold on to the misconception that Krist is homophobic (ISTG, only interfans are believing/propagating this rumor)

I truly can't understand the MDL rating system... the statistics show that this drama scored at least an 8.0 across all age groups (except for those aged 65+ where it got 7.9)... how did it arrive to 7.8, I'll never know...

I think this is the first series where I felt that the relationship felt too rushed; too rushed to the point that the series had lost all its momentum early. By Ep.5 I've lost interest in what will happen to the two. Cute, but truly forgettable

Yeah, this logic is so flawed and it really pisses me off! People avoiding watching BLs because it has a sad story/ending are so out of touch with reality.

He did not make homophobic remarks, I really do not understand where people get that from. For a very very long time after SOTUS fans kept pestering him with questions if he's gay. He eventually got mad and said "NO!!" and then people started calling him homophobic... which does not make sense tbh. I actually heard that he's been very supportive of the LGBT cause.

I do not know what happened why it was suddenly reduced to 7 episodes. Initially they announced 10. Anyway, the end result was kinda corny. More episodes could have helped fleshing out the characters because a lot of them felt soulless and it feels that only Moon Jiyong was doing all the work here.

there's one scene that did not make complete sense to me though... why did that guy in drag charge at Jihyun and Aeri after their class? Who was he? His appearance in the show seemed to come out of the blue and seemed to be a forced trans representation

Yeah it's a drama and all so you need some suspension of disbelief... but if I was in Leejun's position I would've slapped Haram's ass with a restraining order/sexual harassment accusation if he really was not into him at the beginning as he says lmao

I thought this show was very solid until that stupid ending came along. This is what you get when you give in to audiences demanding for a happy ending when the story has no place for one. Truly the most stupid ending I've seen in a BL thus far.

None of those, he's just a plain guy who likes men. His previous abusive boyfriend makes Ray dress up as a woman so that he (abusive BF) won't be seen outside with another man.

I am still in Ep. 5. I love it. It's very anti-kdrama / anti-KBL. Kinda Western-ish in fact? Most likely because the director is European? I guess the people that keep hating on it are the ones who are just too consumed with big studio productions. But guess what, T8S isn't one of that flock so set your expectations accordingly

I can actually settle with the hugs between WY and TJ. Them hugs look so warm and sincere. For the life of me I do not understand these people downvoting a series because of one lousy kiss or the lack of it (I also observed this in A Shoulder to Cry On). Go watch Pornhub or something.

OK, I loved the concept and all, but this show did NOT deliver. Probably the worst thing about it is that they never explained what is the deal with Denis. He was a key element in the plot but we knew nothing about him, his mental condition, his attraction to Dongbaek, and his hatred for Yudam. If they could have addressed this huge plot hole, I would've liked this drama better.
