its the BEST "first-love story genre" ever told... the actors were amazing... the way they just stare each other... their silence... their love... everything is brilliant...
i respect ur opinion after all "beauty lies on the hand on the beholder" BUT i hope u also respect others opinion specially if its subjectively... Also i didnt say she is ugly, i just said ML is too handsome for her, i mean their level of beauty is not on the same level... thats all... & thats my opinion
the title is misleading... i tot it was Romance but its "investigation or Detective" genre... the only romance is the FL is pursuing the ML & even rejected still being stupidly in love.... the ending is also... i cant understand...
Its a good drama to watch... something different from ML bossy CEO... i like that its the FL who is powerful or bossy than the ML, the cuteness actions of ML as an EX-Military... every episodes gives U the thrill of what to expect next... i really enjoyed it...

First, the Red Sleeve is base on a true story of King JeongJo the 10th in 1785 (Yi San), as someone who have read the History of them, let me answer U the some of the scene that destruct u for giving them a rating of 6...
1- TIGER SCENE -> this scene cannot be omitted at all bcoz this is where San showed to his grandfather (King) that he can stand with his decision, this is the scene where the writer showed how San love his People, that no matter the punishment King will give, he will carry it just to save his people... remember after he killed the tiger he kneel down for many days & at the end the King went there to hug him & tell him " i though i would loose U". the writer would like to show to the audience the connection & love between the Grandpa & San. & How San loves his people, after all this Drama is about King & his people...
2- MOOD SWING??? hehehe... the Grandfather is not having "Hormonal Imbalance" to have mood swing. As King he has to speak high & intense coz if he is soft his followers will eat him alive. Its NOT TEMPERAMENT but he has Dementia which 1 of its characteristics is "changes in behavior" before he will loose himself & forget thing, his behavior will affect his daily life first... the writer & director did a good job on how they showed to the viewers that the King has dementia & deteriorating so the throne should be given to San.
3- Dont know what to comment here coz i somehow did not understand ur complain about Deok Im.. U can let me know ur concern i might be able to answer u about her

Do u know that some actors will go on strict diet or spend so much time in Gym if they have scene that need to show their body?? that is what U call "Responsibility to the Viewers" i'll give U example. the Long Ballad... Wu Lei, do U know he went on strict diet for few months (he is only eating blunt food) & work out everyday to achieved his body... also do u know Dilraba went on a fatty diet so she can gain weight?? Bai Lu when she did Arsenal she cut her hair into Boy Cut for that role... this is " Responsibility to the Viewers" i do not mean Guan Jin is Ugly... i dont have the right to say that to an actor.... im just saying that as an actor she should have atleast removed that thingy in her face before she face the camera... my comment is "Constructive Criticism" I DID NOT HUMILIATE HER OR CALL HER UGLY...
sorry if its offended U... i dont have hate feelings for the actress i just felt that being an actress/actor its their responsibility to look good infront of the camera & their viewers coz like this drama its VIP in iQiyi... people are paying just to watch them... as they are paid by the producer to act they are responsible to their action & looks... sorry if ur a fan of her... im just stating what i saw...
