what does that mean? some of these do not really make sense
So basically good acting with a crappy script. I only saw the first episode. The whole murder plotline wasn't needed. I think a smooth minimal chaos drama would've been fine. It would've been a great Summer drama to watch especially for the teens and young adults in SK on break from college and school.

Since you hate the age gap check out The Best Thing ML is a doctor and FL works at a hotel. There are no annoying best friends. The drama isn't heavy just a nice romance with great chemistry with the leads.

It's like 8-10 years if I remember correctly. I know she is like 22 or 23 while his character is like 31ish. It's a good show. I skip the scenes with her bff, she is annoying af. They always pair the sweet innocent acting FL with the rebellious overly flirty friend for some reason. The main thing I love is her relationship with her parents. You see her character mature throughout the series.

this is losing its sparkle im only watching it for meng ziyi at this point
It went downhill in episode 2 as soon as it was revealed that she was poisoned. I hate that subplot. It adds nothing to the story but more stress imo.
