I'm gonna need a season 2 asap. I feel like all the characters evolved. They need to get that Mai guy away from the princess. ML and Baichuan have such good chemistry. This is one case where I wouldn't mind them deviating from the source material.

I normally let romance play out however it does especially in dramas like this where it isn't as important but Baichuan and Xiu not being together will be such a fumble imo. I don't know how it's portrayed in the original source material but these 2 actors have great chemistry. She is kinda like his work wife🤣

I dropped this drama when it was revealed the FL was poisoned. These dramas never end well with that trope.

I'm actually surprised PSJ hasn't done like a straight up action drama.

It's the uncle. He purposefully sheltered her so she can be unfit to rule and easy to control.
