Im on ep 44 right now. Does the Ml mellow out. He is so cringe right now. He is acting as if the FL is a toddler and is being way overbearing to the point where Im annoyed with him.

The ML tends to over act. He is also so whipped for the FL, its crazy.

Only on ep. 6 and Ive decided to skip all on NY and her mothers scenes. These 2 make my blood boil.

The part where the 3 of them were sitting under the stars reflecting on their life almost made me cry. Coming into the show I didnt expect them to remember their tribulations but since they do it adds another layer to their character

She isnt stupid or goofy or anything but there are like 2 moments when youre like "why"🤣

I loved this. Got kinda frustrating but still it was good. Was annoyed af about certain parts towards the end but it was all apart of what was planned🤣

Yeah I assumed thats what would happen but I was too consumed by rage🤣

On ep. 35 and now Im just gonna start skipping. Why is the empress giving this guy so much power when she sees how corrupt he is. Why not let one of her kids temporarily rule while she is sick? Also the ML and FL knows the guy is behind this cult stuff but they wont even mention it to anyone else.....

Since its so late. Im assuming he does it to protect her or vice versa. Im on ep. 34 and they are in love but things have gotten hectic🤣

Its good. The FL does a few stupid things here and there though.

She is only 19🤣 I think this is her first romantic drama as an adult.

He isnt a secret rich guy thought his bio dad is rich🤣

No, he appears early. Its more of a female centric drama. The intial focus is of the FL her husband and his mistresses. ML and FL knew eachother as kids. ML even lived with her for a while as teens after his parents moved out of the country they let him stay with her family so he could finish school. There initial reintroduction to eachother is rocky because she was just as smart and talented as him but was heavily gaslit by her husband into going into a business with him and playing back up to him when in fact she was way above him so she is embarrassed while he is somewhat disappointed since he has been in love with her since high school.

FL daughter reminds me of a mini Sandra Ma for some reason🤣

Yes there is romance. But its not a huge part of the story. The leads dont even get together until like the last 5 ep. But that doesnt take anything away. Considering she is a divorced mom it would take time. They have great chemistry and the ML is such a green flag. FL daughter is the best, I love her interactions with ML🤣

First half was way better. It ended up bringing in all typical K dama cliches. Still a good watch if you need something to watch in between a binge or while waiting for another drama to drop

Tried to watch but really hated how 2ndML and 2ndFL just forced themselves into ML life again after having an affair as if he should just get over it and it was even worse when even the dad was trying to force him to associate with them again.
