This occurs to every MDL title when they go from unranked to ranked mode (I infer that usually this happens when…
Oh, thanks for the information! I didn't know of the existence of a ranked-unranked system, that's why I always have found MDL's rating system pretty confusing. The worst part is that they don't have a section to explain how it works, so sometimes it gets pretty frustrating.
Hong Dou's talk with A'Yao's dad explaining his son's motives, dreams, and ideals by coming back to the village was gold. Sometimes when we're trying to reach out to this traditional success that we think is gonna bring us happiness, we do lose ourselves in the way as HD said. Anyway, amazing script, and one of the best FL and ML ever.
Just the thought of the possibility of Hongdou going back to Beijing really hurts, she has built such a wholesome relationship with many of the villagers and especially with A'Yao and his grandma. A' Yao is already in love with Hongdou but he doesn't let himself admit it since he knows that sooner or later she's leaving... The scene in episode 13th when they're sending messages to each other, when they talk about trivial and daily things, teasing each other, and having these deep talks from time to time just perfectly shows how close they are. Anyway, I'm cheering for them!
Great storytelling, fantastic acting, peaceful pace, and the OST is so good. For real, this screenwriter is terrific at writing slice-of-life shows. Side note: LYF's voice is so soothing, I love it
I'm died when they sang Go Ahead's OST..in ep 8😂😂😂
Same, A'Yao's brother and his friend sang the intro song in the six episode. I was like, wait that sounds familiar, then I realized and replayed it to sing along with them.
Anyway, amazing script, and one of the best FL and ML ever.
Side note: LYF's voice is so soothing, I love it
