Sort of inspired...the first half changed a lot of scenarios but the essense of it remained the same as the novel but recent eps were pretty different from the novel. Novel ending was HE but knowing cdramas, I think its gonna be a OP/HE.

I'm actually confused with the CangHai character because she's not in the novel...unless they renamed her like how they did with Lu HaiKong < Li ChangKong
