It has been anounced on Netflix for Asia and Viki for NA, Europe and Oceania, but no episodes are out yet. Viki is still looking for a channel manager. There were fansubbers translating the previous episodes, but they have ceased subbing since the announcement about official releases dropped.
Wanted to watch for Gameplay, but had to leave the premiere because they'd botched the timing of the subs. They were fine up until the intro and the ads, and then were so delayed that the dialogue was incomprehensible. I hope they'll fix it.

Of course they can be, especially if the best friend who was like glued to your side for years suddenly gets a gf/bf? Happens all the time. True, it's a kind of jealousy, but not the romantic kind. Jealousy isn't the Ultimate Proof Of True Love that everyone holds it out to be.
