I just started break so even though I still need to study the whole time (year 12 exams are in a month) I still want something to watch so Im planning on watching my mister :)) also I just looked up byakuyoko and it sounds so good?? ty for that too. Already watched Vincenzo but I probably won't be watching mr sunshine any time soon because my mum looked up the ending and spoiled it for me lmaoo. not rlly into anything thrillery atm so will probs leave stranger from hell and stranger for later. thank you again !! rlly appreciate it :D

also y'all there's 10 whole episodes left like u should be somewhat familiar with the pacing of the character development at this point so maybe give them more than one episode to revisit hyejin's flawed thought process...like its not that easy to change distorted ideas and opinions that society and past experiences (situation w/ her ex) have ingrained into you. I would've found it rather unrealistic if she did a 180 on her opinions on social positions and how you should present urself in public after being told off for it once by dusik. Y'all should be prepared to see this flawed mentality of hers to pop up a few more times before we see actual progress is all im saying 💀

characters are so well fleshed out and so human. they have their flaws and its so nice seeing them develop. also seeing hyejin and dusik navigate their relationship and gradually accomodate to each other's personality and try to understand each other AGH idc if this show is slow-paced, I cant imagine it being any other way.

I started watching it with low expectations too bc all the comments on this page when the first 2 eps were released were all essentially saying its too slow-paced and dragged out but started watching it and at this point its all im thinking abt all day everyday lmaoo

ahh those are all really good points!! I didn't even notice that they never really resolved or addressed ANY of the issues that caused their initial breakup in the first place. Like, you're right, it wasn't like those comments and public attention stopped coming so did they just decide to get used to it?? If they did then why couldn't they do that in the first place? and like you can defend them by saying "oh just because they skipped over the whole struggle of trying to be at peace with their lives together while dealing with the fame and lack of privacy, doesnt mean it didnt happen" but thats literally what the story was supposed to be about? yeah now that u mention it, it seems like they took the easy way out :00 still enjoyable none-the-less but a bit too slow-paced for my taste with little to nothing really happening overall.

I haven't watched it yet so I wouldn't know but it IS an lgbtq+ movie thats relatively popular in Korea and internationally with a Kinda long run-time (for a BL) so I wasn't expecting anything lower tbh lmao im gonna take the rating with a grain of salt and just expect a cute wholesome high school romance drama thing
