It’s important to note that being calculative and cunning and street smart have less to do with one’strue personality but all stem from having certain experiences and encounters that naksu here does not remember. You can’t expect someone who has no memory of their past to be able to retain their wisdom. GYJ is actually doing an incredible job of conveying those core personality traits in her portrayal of naksu (her ability to be rational, her straightforwardness, her curiosity) while maintaining the naivety and innocence that’s expected of her considering the fact that she only remembers three years of being sheltered from the outside world. That being said, the true test of her acting skills will come in when she regains her memory, but i have full faith in the scriptwriters and GYJ to do an exceptional job when that comes around. Also the other comment did a great job at addressing the “muscle memory” point you make.

yeah GYJ did an amazing job at keeping naksu's real true personality alive and consistent despite all the memory loss and yk not having played the character from the very beginning

this drama would be a 10 without prince seongnam's love interest. I really don't see any chemistry between them and he had enough charisma to carry his story line on his own so idk why she's needed. I have the slightest feeling she's gonna die though and I'm so fine with that lmao
