their drama is perfect but huanrui has the habit of using his own actors and actress and right know there are speculations (rumors) about choosing Cheng Yi for one of the roles and while I love him and his acting, this drama in particular can be really risky for him because there are a lot of expectations and many book fans are against him playing and saying he doesn't match the role. he might get once again in trouble because of the company! I really hope Huanrui owning this script is just baseless rumor... but many sites confirm it and I don't know

it is more complicated than that, Hao chen was with xuanji till she grows up, and has a certain influence on her, true. but she doesn't have her 6 senses and to those she trust, she trusts completely, even so, it isn't that she doesn't have her own judgment but it depends on your taste in drama too. if you don't like it from early... it is possible to not like it later

I don't understand why the talks lead to YBY and Cheng YI's trauma, but I do know that even if the main lead wasn't Cheng Yi (though I will watch this drama for him) I still wouldn't want Zhang Yuxi as female lead because I saw her other dramas and I don't know if it is because of the characters she is given or her lack of skill in that matter, I still didn't like her actings, she can't convey the feeling of traumatized in L&R and comes out as annoying (which she shouldn't) and in intense love I dropped the drama at ep 1! I still hope she can play a better role in Meng Xing Chang An so I can have a better feeling of her in this drama

ok , calm down, even the heavenly emperor said sifeng didn't die and it depends on if he wakes up. also, when sifeng wasn't too serious :))))). he is too serious that he is willing to die 9 times and still love the FL, so not a good point there! also xuanji clearly said sifeng I knew you will wake up , even IF it was xixuan , he wouldn't manipulative the truth to not say sifeng died(his mortal form). also , previously at the beginning of their fight when xuanji found out sifeng is demon , when liu brother and little fox wanted to make them meet up , sifeng was still on the roof. he is a demen bird, he likes to be on high places. since when facial expression or standing on roof is reason for death??? also the only reason i might believe the last scene xuanji and sifeng were actually in heaven and were xixuan and god of war, is the place they were standing and the tree that reflected on the ground as if there is no ground, their surrounding looked too heavenly to be mortal realm , and sifeng's cloths were similar to emperor and bailin , but even then... they were is the banquet with same cloths so it might simply be that hidden heavenly place that sifeng hide his clan in and told xuanji that he would take her there sometime and because of cut scenes we didn't see that place before the end. but before that scene, sifeng is definitely alive

personally I also don't like long episodes but in L&R , some of us are looking for the 77 episodes version, so in my opinion it is beyond good, if you like this genre

same, I will give the oath of love a try because of Xiao Zhan in hope to change her image in my mind or I won't be able to see another drama of cheng yi and not seeing one drama is painful enough, now there is a chance that except with deep lurk(I will see for sure) I can't see two dramas with zyx plus if there is one with yang zi

well yeah, between two actresses I prefer yang zi too, at least it doesn't feel like siblings, as you said, new blood. but I hope that at least she won't play a stupid mindless girl as she did in ashes of love, (even for cheng yi I can't handle that). and your info about crystal is very much appreciated, I really hope it comes true, as I don't know if the conflicts with Huanruy has ended or not

i guess i should give up my hope to see crystal and cheng yi again! of all actresses and it is yang zi... i dropped ashes of love because of her... I love cheng yi's acting but his resent dramas all have FLs that I don't want to see...

i wasn't interested either, but now that I know how many important scenes from drama is cut, I need a sliver of hope that it is possible to see them considering that if the season 2 happen , and if it is with the cheng yi and crystal, it still takes 2 years at the least. I need the uncut version. if other series did release them , then for L&R might be possible too
