Haha yup that drama was a pain for me to watch (mainly bc sfl’s screentime is too much so i dropped it) but this one will definitely keep some of the rebirth elements for sure since from the leaks there’re several clothes where she’s the ”bad” jiang xuening from her past life. I’m quite excited to see how they are going to execute it to pass the censorship. Just keeping my finger crossed for it to be good and not too confusing for drama viewers.

The drama will wrap shooting around september and with post production(editing,ost,dubbing,promo plan,distribution license) i don’t think airing q4 this year will be probable. The earliest i will bet on is q1-q2 next year since this is a historical-based period drama not xianxia so there isnt much need of cgi but we’ll never know 😆
